Great taste I love it. I lost 15 pounds already. You must eat right while drinking these and they will help you drop weight. They are great for a meal replacement and to get protein.

    Beware of constipation
    It makes me extremely constipated every time. I have bowel movement issue, if you don't and get lots of fiber somewhere else, it may be ok

    Perfect for easy week day breakfast
    I drink the vanilla shake every morning at work for breakfast. Really enjoy the flavor and its pretty filling. Much better tasting than some other shakes I've tried.

    It is good for people who may need to go on a liquid diet for awhile. Might want to take fiber supplements. Semi fasts work for some people.
