Healthy for Diabetics
Boost drink is a must-have for diabetics, those who eat low carb or are on diet or exercise. Lots of protein. You can drink it cold or heated, like coffee, and I use it to add to my coffee to give it flavor. Well worth the money and so delicious!

    Packing leaves much to be desired
    No packing to cushion the shakes. Several of the cartons were broken open. Lucky none of the individual shakes leaked. I've ordered these shakes many times this is the first time they didn't use any packing.

    So I literally just finished drinking this and now I'm addicted. It taste soooo good. It has this creamy sweet texture. For only 9g carbs this is way too good to be true. So anyone reading this try this (ice cold) You won't regret it Now I feel like getting another one but let me not get too ahead of myself Hahahahaha
