Its cute and sturdy. My kiddo uses it for her dvd collection. If you have a giant collection though or adding to your collection I would get something a little bigger

Nice book shelf, but material/packaging had dings
The item came in pretty bad packaging. It was delivered with various dings on the boxes. Some boards inside were chipped (not because of delivery-it had foamed wrapped around it). But overall the book shelf is really nice. The shelves are not very deep at all, but I made due. Overall has a good color, material, and look for the price. Was looking for something somewhat short and simple to hold items in my studio.

    GOOD LUCK WITH ASSEMBLY
    After an hour of struggling with terrible directions and a back board that would not fit, I finally got this thing together. Granted, it does look nice and will look even better when I fill it with CDs, which I hope will actually be held in place. The top does not lie flat because the back board is about a half-inch too long. This is what happens with cheap Chinese made junk.

    Cute Lil Shelf
    Was easy to assemble. Doesn't take up much room. Pretty straight forward…as long as you're someone who can read directions and understand what goes where. LOL. Sufficient for storing my DVDs in my entertainment room.

    What we needed.
    This piece was exactly as described and what we wanted. However it looks like it was dropped in shipping. The one corner of the packaged was wrinkled, like dropped and when opened there was a small piece broken off. We kept it because didn't want to go through hassle. Glued the broken piece since it is on the bottom and no one will know.
