Shampoo makes me feel pretty like a flower!
First bottle didn't have the cap screwed tightly and leaked quite a bit and damaged other items. Re-order was perfect. Great price and quality product. Although, I agree the the shampoo scent has a fake medicine smell.

This is not about the product, it is about shipping. This kind of product should be packaged correctly so as not to arrive open and leaking all over the box. Thank goodness that the conditioner came in a separate box. Bottle caps come lose during shipping. I was very surprised!

    The biotin makes your hair feel soft and makes it look fuller. Just after the first use my husband commented saying my hair looked fuller. The smell is great and its doesn't feel harsh.

    recieved bottle but was damaged during delivery. irony is it was the only bottle in the box that had the "sealed to prevent leaking" sticker. have not used it yet so I cannot recommend it but thought should know!

    Shiny, soft and very clean hair
    Soft, luxurious hair after first use. It cleans hair better than any shampoo I have ever had, you can feel that it is squeaky clean, like a mirror. But it does not dry it out, which is a big plus! I have oily roots and dry ends, but I could go one extra day without washing my hair due to how well it cleans it. Smells great too!

    This is a great product.. I got 3 unfortunately the person who did the packaging didn't doble check the bottleS where very well closed and alot of product went into the box.

    Terrible shipping package
    The product is great, no problem. The problem is with the shipment. The shampoo bottle was not packed well. Quarter of the shampoo spilled all over the box and the rest of the other product. I was very dissapointed.

    Please wrap the bottles when mailing!
    The bottle of shampoo leaked all over my order. These bottles need to be wrapped in bubble wrap or add styrofoam peanuts! Ive seen other complaints from customers about the same problem, so why is this still happening??? Love the shampoo and adds body to limp fine hair but I will be ordering from a different place.

    I have no complains about this product. I work in a cruiseship and I use internet to buy almost everything. But this item came open! The pump it's open and I was planning to bring this product to Brazil, where I live. Unfortunely I don't have time to change, because it takes long days to delivery...... now I have no ideia how to pack this in my luggage.
