New addition to my at-home gym!
Pretty easy setup for a 32-year-old female. I used a wrench to tighten the screws. Overall satisfied with my purchase. Definitely couldn't beat the price!

What a gip. Don't waste your money on this bench
arrived damaged, bent pieces and missing hardware. emailed the "warranty" email inside the box, and no response whatsoever a couple weeks later. I'm only allowed to upload 2 pictures here, but trust me there was more. don't waste your money on this particular bench, there are many others to choose from. Unless you're ok with a little damage, and/ or going thru the return process.

    Terrible product
    This item came with the worst instructions ever. Literally couldn't even use them. I put it together by analyzing each piece and figuring it out on my own. Then, when I got to one of the last steps of installing the feet, the predrilled hole for the foot didn't line up with the hole on the frame. I actually had to get my drill out and drill a hole in the steel to get the feet on (see photo). What in the actual world is this seller doing selling something like this. Very, very disappointing.

    Happy w/ elegance, convenience, and functionality
    I ordered this weight bench lite on 02/20 and received the delivery in three days. Opening the box and setting up the bench was very straight forward and took less than five minutes. The quality and functionality of the product is better than I expected. After using couple of days, I am very happy with the bench.

    This is a versatile piece of equipment for a home gym. The price and quality of the product is outstanding. I unboxed it in 2 mins and had to literately put 3 pieces together, I was done in 5 mins total. The adjustable incline/ decline settings allow me to work different muscle groups (upper/ middle/ lower chest). This bench is light and very comfortable at the same time it is very sturdy and the base is non-slip which makes it a very solid bench. The supports for the legs are an added bonus.

    Horribly Unbelievable!!!
    I mean WHAT IN THE.... I literally got a 3rd of a bench in a 2ft box, my son came home from school and brought in an open box that was just delivered moments before he got home. My older son arrived 10 mins before he did, with no box on the porch. The attached photos is what I received. Got 1 half of a bench, front leg of bench, 3 of 4 leg cushions, bolts and screws, the bracket for the seat cushion, so unbelievable. I only choose to buy this because my neighbor got the same one with no issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with balancefrom. I went to their website to order other items, and after 2 weeks of waiting they canceled my order, no explanation, I've emailed them 2x already trying to get an answer of when I will be refunded, nothing so far. After my order was canceled from the balancefrom website I came to walmart to order the bench and this is what I received. UNREAL

    Good Strdy Bench
    Received my bench today and am so glad it's one piece, no assembly required!! Extra parts were provided, which is a plus. Like the adjustable seat and back. Very sturdy and glad it's foldable. Glad I made this purchase and would recommend.

    Mostly satisfied for the price
    I chose the Regular for $100 and am mostly satisfied with the product at that price. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that it has one manufacturing defect. The spring pin that you pull back to adjust the height of the padded leg piece (rest your shins against this when declined) was set too far to one side and will barely slide into just one of the holes on the leg piece. Annoying, but I can get it into one hole at least and don't expect to be using that peice all that much. Pros: * cost * good length when reclined, good height when upright (6ft 1 can rest head back) * stable * inclines and declines * looks good Cons: * u-shaped (rather than t-shaped) bar at one end can get in the way of my feet * padding feels a bit hard * fairly large gap between seat and back rest when bench is flat * came with some minor scuffs and scratches on the metal Tips: * assembly time was 1 hr from unboxed to assembled (relaxed pace) * assembly tools not provided so I needed one 14mm and two 17mm (I made do with an 11/16 for the second) * organize bolts by size and parts list can help you identify which bolts go where based on how mamy it says there should be (not a big concern there arent many bolts) * only hand tighten until fully assembled, then fully tighten everything, just enough that seat and back adjustments are still smooth but nothing is wobbly

    Simple assembly. Sturdy bench.
    Easy to assemble. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble. Box was damaged firing delivery. But the bench had no damage. Shows how tough this bench is.
