Worth the purchase
Works great! Has to kick in for a few minutes, but after you can feel the difference in the room. This A/C is more for a smaller bedroom or a studio. The setup was simple and easy. It is a little loud, but nothing that is not tolerable.

Not a good unit, unfortunately
It ran good out of the box. One week later, it stopped running. It may have been a bad circuit board, because the lights were on but no button functions worked and had a static humming noise from the panel. Tried everything to reset it, no good.

    AWESOME
    It is the best thing ever..... very easy to install, the air is nice and cold. My son LOVES it. It is so much cooler than my apartment's AC.

    The worst air conditioning
    The worst air conditioning I empty out all the water but it continues to say is full of water it barely blows cold air the worst $310 I wasted in my life .

    I never even finished setting up, or tried to use because the window parts did not even fit my standard window size. So I am returning. I think that not only should it have fit my standard window, but I think it should have also had an extension piece in case I wanted to put it through my sliding glass door. Also, I think a drainage plate should have been included.

    WORKS WELL FOR A MED. BEDROOM . pulls alot of moisture out so hose into 5 gal. bucket a must or your draining twice a day

    Very good AC that serves well in a bedroom or our 19ft Travel Trailer. Like the dehumidifier function. Be aware, it is loud.

    WORTH THE $!!!!!!!
    From the time we turned it on, 5 minutes and it has dropped 5 degrees in our living room. It came damaged on the sides from the box being tossed around, but it STILL works! It sounds like a large fan, but it isnt annoying or rattling, it's a quiet humming noise. It's worth every single penny! I couldnt find another AC around the same price for in room... and I "settled" on this... SO GLAD I DID! This is nicer than the 1 I bought last summer! Way BETTER. DEFINITELY worth the $!

    very easy set up i took it out the box package nicely instruction was easy to understand easy window install just putting the screws on the panel in i will be ordering too more i love this unit worth the money definitely
