I do not believe these are new. I think these are refurbished. My box came with damages to the packaging, my right side of my beats with the studio 3 part is scratched, it does not stay securely, it did not come pre charged and the ear cushions are scrunched. They look yellowish / dirty. I am upset. I literally stalked this product while it kept getting sold out. Now that I have the product it was not even worth the hassle. Will be returning. What a way to start the new year.

    Faulty, weak plastic strap
    Great sound and comfort but strap broke after 6 weeks of normal use! Apple said it was outside warranty, maybe because they are from 2019 even though I purchased them 2/2021

    Love them!
    I love my new Beats Studio3 headphones. I got the red pair and they are extremely comfortable, sound is impressive, noise cancelling is alright. It cancels out most noise but not all. Love that it charges fast. I would definitely recommend.

    Sound quality is phenomenal! I read some of the reviews questioning authenticity after I had already ordered them. And I was terrified. But when they arrived I saw that they are real. This is my 4th pair of Beats so I would know!

    Well, I received my Beats by Dre Studio 3 Some reviewers stated they got refurbished ones. I received a brand new unopened and sealed box. Fast delivery! Very happy with the cyber week pricing of 149.00 for the White w/gold trim

    I saw a lot of reviews stating they were used/refurbished. The ones I got were sealed and they got here in two days. Hope this answered some of your question, as this is a question I also had.
