Dissapointment
This was a major disappointment for me. I came in after having timer set for 9 hours. It turned off at some point and the meal was ruined. The next attempt to cook with it, about an hour into cooking, it stopped working and the touch display flashed like crazy. I am returning this and getting a plain jane old school crockpot.

    Beautiful and very convenient
    I love how it is cool to the touch. Love that you can put lid back %26 wrap cord around it when finished. It cooks well. With temperatures being so hot outside I am using it often. So my kitchen dosent get hot!

    I loved it up until the first time I went to use it. One hour into cooking a roast, the glass lid shattered into a million pieces. Completely ruining a whole meal.

    Great item but shipping was horrible!
    Shipping patron was very neglectful for the care of the package. Box was severely damaged and the item was dented but still works. Very upsetting as this was a gift.

    delivery 5 days late and damaged merchandise
    I purchased this on April 16 and it said it would be delivered April 17. It was supposed to be a housewarming gift for my granddaughter. The next morning it was on sale for 49.00, I paid 69.00 the night before and then I didn't received it till April 21 . When I unpacked it there was a big gouge on the rim of it, no damage on the box, it appears to have been packed thus way. So very disappointing and had to get a last minute gift for my granddaughter.

    Cute online, but low quality
    Really disappointed. The buttons barely work. I have to press them multiple times to change the settings or turn it off. I have to unplug it to turn it off because the power button sticks. This is a nice looking crockpot but very low quality. It's very plasticy and flimsy on the outside. Do your research and buy a higher quality crockpot, especially for the price
