Very nice planter
This planter is well made and looks great. It looks like ceramic but it is lightweight plastic, which I prefer since it makes it so much easier to move when it's full. It's very decorative and the terracotta color is very pretty next to the plant greenery. I have a large dracanea in it and it looks beautiful . Better Homes products never disappoint.

pPainfully awful to get out in this extreme heat.
Box was extremely beat up and the pot was broken in a few spaces. I should have know better to order on line. Now I have to go to the store for the return. I am disgusted for sure!

    Had to return/exchange because the large one was broken. But, I like them--exactly what I was looking for. Might be helpful to note that the color is a peachy pink. There is not copper sheen as it looked to me in the image (and I'm glad). If you end up hating the color, or it just doesn't fit with your home, the texture is so nice, that I'd recommend just spraypainting whatever color you like (matte black or glossy white would be gorgeous). I may do that to one just to have different colors. Anyway... annoyed the pastic was cracked but I do recommend. The price is just unbeatable.

    This is a nice medium sized planter. It fit perfect right beside the stairs on our front porch. It holds quit a bit of flowers or plants. Has holes for water drainage.

    Lovely lightweight planter pot
    This Better Homes & Gardens Ellan Terracotta-Colored Resin Planter, 12 inch is larger than I expected and can hold a plant that is already in a pot easily. It has no hole in the bottom so it can be used anywhere in the home and will not allow water to damage carpets or wood floors. For those of you who like to plant directly in the pot there is a specially prepared area on the bottom that is reinforced so when you drill the hole it will not damage or crack the bottom of the pot. This pot is very beautiful in the terracotta-color is light. It has a peachy pink hue to it. True terracotta color is much darker and less feminine. This pot is really pretty with my turquoise and baby blue decor and fits in with my darker terracotta pots. The paint job on the pot is perfectly even and matched on every side with no drips. The texture and shine of the pot adds a nice touch and makes it appear as though it is ceramic. It's a lovely item and would make a nice addition to any grouping of other pots of all colors.
