Amazing product!
I absolutely love this organizer! Super sturdy! No particle board mess! I have disassembled and moved states away and put back together and it is STILL in perfect condition! Looks great in room too!

IT COLLAPSED A MINUTE OR TWO AFTER ASSEMBLY!!!
I really wanted the Ikea Kallax but it's out of stock. When I saw this, I bought it right away because it looks the same. Delivery was fast. I ordered one unit though it came in 2 boxes (98. lbs. per box) and for some reason, each box was priced separately on my order history (total is the same as the advertised price of the unit). I was so happy when it arrived and assembled it right away. During assembly, we heard a cracking sound. It wasn't that loud and just for a second. We checked and there's no visible damage so we just dismissed it. . A MINUTE OR TWO AFTER ASSEMBLY, IT JUST COLLAPSED!!! We followed the instruction to a T. I have OCD. I don't want any imperfection so I made sure we were careful. I thought it would be sturdy because it's almost 200lbs. We haven't even moved it to a different location and I didn't even have the chance to put anything on it. Not even a single piece of paper and it gave up already. I'm glad my son was a few feet away and nobody got hurt. I contacted Walmart and they are giving me a refund. The agent didn't tell me though that I have to return the item which is not a problem because it's trash and it's for pick-up. However, since I wasn't informed, I threw away the boxes. I only found out about the return when I logged in again to place an order. It said return complete when I was talking to the agent and now, it said return pending. Luckily, we were tired of assembling this useless unit, it's late and it's heavy so we decided not to throw it tonight and do it one at a time starting tomorrow. To add to that, the agent scheduled the pick-up during working hours without asking if we're free. I feel bad for the person picking this trash.

    Not sturdy at all! Corners need reinforced.
    We have an 8 cube shelf and it's my favorite piece of furniture, so I was super excited to get the 25 cube shelf for more storage space. This one is terrible quality! There are gaps between shelves, it's super flimsy and not made of a good material. Some of the metal pieces used for the shelves broke while my husband was putting it together. Thankful my husband is handy and is reinforcing the corners with metal brackets, so hopefully it will hold up for a while. He tried to use a rubber hammer to close the gaps and instead put a gash in the side. So be careful when assembling if you purchase this item. I'm very unhappy with this purchase...

    Buyer Beware and Good Luck With Customer Service
    I have a 16 cube better home and gardens organizer and I really like it. It was priced nicely and it was of a decent quality. So, when I saw this 25 cube organizer I was excited as I've been looking at purchasing one for quite awhile at a different store. My shipment came in 2 boxes both weighing roughly 85 lbs. Both of the boxes were pretty beaten up, one was partially open and had tape around the middle and on the both ends. While building it, my wife and I found out that the box that was taped up, had a lot of pieces that were damaged. Shelves were scratched, corners were dented and bugger chunks were gouged out of the shelves.. We contacted customer service and they wanted us to ship the shelving unit back to them and they would refund us. Being that the unit was mostly built and the boxes were so heavy I was hesitant to ship it back, especially if I was expected to pay for the shipment back. The customer service person was very impatient and short with my wife. They kept asking if she was there if it took her more than a minute to respond. The customer service person then closed the chat abruptly because "they weren't receiving any response". My wife even sent pictures of the damaged box and some of the shelves. We were both frustrated about this and felt like we were being brushed off by customer service. I chalked this up to being a loss for me and decided to not buy any more furniture through Walmart. To make matters worse, I decided to just finish building it and the thing is so rickety, wobbly and unstable that I'm scared to put things on it or move it anymore than I have. Also, some shelves don't sit flush with each other and you can see through the cracks. I'm not sure if its because I received a partially damaged one but im pretty disappointed with this purchase. Id post more pictures of the damage but it looks like im only allowed to post with two pictures.

    Nice for the price
    This is a beautiful bookshelf for the price. it's very heavy once assembled. assembly is easy and can be done by one person but to stand it up you need two. it had some of the laminate coming off/ loose on a few pieces , that's why only 4 stars

    Great addition to my school room.
    This unit is rugged but not quite as rugged as the pictures look. It will hold a lot of school books! Assembly was relatively easy, took me maybe 1 1/2 hr from opening box and reading directions to final completion. Because it doesn't have a back to tie things together it does have a fair bit of side to side flex. I would definitely recommend using the wall straps that come with it to anchor the top to the wall. This thing is 6' tall you know!

    Beautiful organizer shelf
    This shelf arrived in two large boxes both in great condition. All the pieces inside were in great condition as well. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. If you follow them step by step, you will have no issue. This shelf is sturdy and perfect if you have a large wall space to cover or utilize. A second person to help you is necessary, I wouldn't attempt this alone because it is both large and heavy and precision with fasteners etc is easier with two people. I did not use the wall anchors on mine because I have laminate floors and it stood upright and sturdy. If you have carpet, I'd absolutely do the wall anchors. Always use precautions and do what's best for your living situation. I was super happy with it and love the shelf. It's perfect for what I needed and my vision with my living room design.

    Love this box organizer so much! we actually chained it into our ceiling because we used it as a room divider! It is a lovely addition to our home and is perfect to store plenty of bits and bobs for my sewing nook as well!
