Super comfortable! Great for kids and adults!
So awesome! I got it for my 4 year old, but I love it too! It's super comfortable and has a good back support. And the best part was the box that it came in! It came in a big box that turn into a castle. It gives you instructions and tells you we're to cut to make the turrets, door, and windows; and after the windows are cut out, the double as shields, and part of the cut out turrets double as the shield handles. It's actually super cute! And such a great and creative idea to cut down on cardboard box waste!

Not worth the headache
Haven't even had this for a month and already popped a hole in it. I can't even make this up. My son went to sit down in it and a billion little white balls flew out. And then sewing it back up was a pain. The styrofoam balls kept sticking everywhere due to static. I eventually got it sewn, but I definitely will not purchase again. The material needs to be stronger.

    The chair itself seems good, but the box it arrived in was crushed, open and really dirty. It had some beans loose in the box as well, but luckily I haven't seen any holes.

    Frayed Seam
    I purchased the bean bag chair for my 8 yo grandson at Easter. I checked it over to insure there were no holes, etc. It appeared to be fine. A few days ago I noticed some leakage of the little "beans" so I looked and found there was a seam that had frayed and pulled away from the fabric and the liner. This is not a tear or rip. It looks as if the fabric was frayed as it was constructed and with use it weakened it more so it separated. Regardless I certainly expected the chair to last longer than a few weeks. My grandson is tall and slim. He was also warned not to abuse it. He was so happy the minute he saw it so you can imagine his disappointment when this happened.

    nice firm chair and keeps it shape but still soft and comfy. my almost 9 yo comes to work with me early every morning and he is so happy he can be comfortable playing his games.

    Best delivery of product and comfortable
    I dont normally review products but these bean bag chairs are super comfortable and my toddler loves them. They were also shipped in the coolest boxs that turn into castles. My son has been playing with it for hours.

    Chair came dirty
    The chair itself is fine, but it came with spot and dirty. Even the delivery driver told us he told the store while picking up and the store told him to deliver as is. The chair was not covered or wrapped in anything.

    I love the chairs but had a horrific delivery/refund experience. A driver in a dirty pick up truck arrived with my two kids bean bag chairs in the back. No protective covering or bag on the chairs. The items were dirty like the truck they rode in. Bird poop on a chair to top it off. I called and was refunded. Then they even gave an e-gift card for my troubles. Taking these dirty chairs in my car to return at store was not an opinion for me. I received refund and thought it was done. Until a month later I get charged for having not returned them to store. Thankful for the store manager for helping with the refund after being recharged. He understood the situation and agrees there are some bad delivery people handling those types of uber like deliveries.
