Works well, decent price
Works well on carpet and bare floors, the febreeze filter smells nice, easy empty, cord is nice and long, only complaint is the attachments kind of get in the way with regards to how they store on the vacuum.

Not worth the hassle
I got this in a hurry without research and it was awful. Im used to Sharks and this did not live up to any standard. The tank has a serious design flaw where you cant get all the gunk out without taking it apart. No thank you. It wasnt self propelled. No thanks. The suction wasnt that great either. The only nice feature was the retractable cord.

    Great purchase
    Great little vacuum for the price, I gave it 4 stars because the stair tool falls off of it's storage spot every time I use the vacuum or move it..... very frustrating.

    I am loving my new vac!!
    The suction on this vacuum is amazing. I bought this to replace my Dyson that broke and am pleasantly surprised at how much better it works than the Dyson I had. There were 2 items missing from the box when it arrived, and I called Bissell and they sent me the 2 parts right away at no charge.

    Powerful and easy to use.
    This vacuum is as advertised. We have 2 German Shepherds so lots of shedding. This vacuum handles it wonderfully. Even though it's a little heavy, it maneuvers easily and has great power. It's also easy to empty; no more bags!

    Great pet hair pickup
    This vacuum is relatively lightweight (15 lbs) and has great suction. I was surprised at how much pet hair this picked up that my old vacuum missed. The tools are okay. My only complaint is that there is only one attachment pole; even though I am a short woman, I have to bend over to use the floor brush.

    Works great
    I read other reviews saying it was heavy, I didn't feel that way. We had a bigger older eureka pet vac for years and it went out and it weighed about the same, this weighs probably less. I am still able to pick it up and I have issues with my hands sometimes. Honestly tho, the swivel and movement on it is pretty smooth that I haven't had a need to pick it up for any reason. I just adjust the flooring type settings and go. If you have an “upstairs” tho you will have to carry, but again, I didn't find it as heavy as I expected based on reviews. It picks up a lot, good for pet hair.

    Good vacuum for the price
    It has the power I need, a little heavier than the cordless...to be expected, and it is easier to maneuver. Is it the best? No. I find there's a slight flaw in the design. The cyclone design doesn't allow the debris to fall into the trash when releasing the cup. I have to stick my fingers up to pull the craps off. I didn't have the issue with one of the older model I had in the past. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

    I figured I would try this for a very small office that is only open part time. I really dislike this vacuum and am considering sending it back. First of all, it was a pain to put together (I don't need tools with my Shark vacuum). Second, the suction does not at all compare to Shark. I literally had to run over a hole punched piece of paper 3 times for it to be picked up. I would not recommend.

    It picked up all the dirt and dog hair my other vacuum missed. I could not be happier. I like the bagless canister feature. Everything is washable.It's easy to use, and well designed.Must have for pets
