Overall I Am Impressed
The pros: 1. The suction is AMAZING! 2. The pet tool works well but I still prefer my Dyson V11 3. Easy to assemble 4. It feels like it is made of quality parts Now for the CONS which I didn't have many: 1. Horrible for stairs as it's too big so what I did was put on the pet tool and used that to clean them, definitely not ideal and took longer but it worked. I prefer my Dyson V11 over this. Overall, I am super happy with it and it does wonders on my rugs! Its amazing how much animal hair gets picked up. I have high hopes for this thing and with it's quality construction I hope it lasts a long time.

Do not invest in this vacuum
This particular vacuum is not powerful and does not pick up dust, dirt or pet hair, even though it called Power Pet Lift-off. I hope I can return it.

    Save your money and don't buy!
    If you're looking for something to pick up dog hair this is not it. My house is not by any means dirty, but with pets we have hair. We purchased this with the believe it would work fabulous in our house with the carpet and the floor. It was with much dissatisfaction to us. The LED light helps see and works great. The light allows you to see that all the hair remained on the floor. I placed a grain of sand and it couldn't even pick that up. I purchased this last week and have used it 3 times and every time it did the same thing. I will be returning it and getting a shark. Shark has always been my go to, but wanted to try this out. I will not be making that mistake again. Save your money.

    I absolutely love this vacuum! I should've bought this a long time ago! Fits in our living closet perfectly. Light weight and very good suction!

    Discontinued model?
    Unit is lightweight; durability may be an issue. lots of plastic. rolls easily. Powercord is a bit shorter than I'm used to. Included instructions wete pretty vague. Sale price was good; apparently discontinued, as this model number doesn't appear on manufacturer website. So far, power and pickup have been impressive.

    Collects dog hair in the brush roll
    My first impression was that the vacuum was smaller than I excepted. The container is smaller than what I was looking for and dog hair gets trapped easily in the filter. For reference I have a Labrador. After just about two weeks of using the machine I started smelling a burning smell like plastic. I took the bottom cover off and discovered TONS of dog hair trapped in the side crevices of the brush roller ends. The brush rolled end was getting torn up. This is just after a few uses after two weeks of purchase. I'm so disappointed as I liked the other features such as the LED lights and the maneuverability of the machine. Super disappointed as I own three other Bissell's. Unfortunately this will be returned.

    A swell purchase...
    POSITIVES... weight (LACK of!), maneuverability, carpet tangle free roller-brush, wand handle, liftoff pod/canister, filtration, bag less, one button emptying of canister/Pod, bright LED 'driving lights', ease of operation, ease of assembly, power-cord that isn't as big and CLUMSY as a garden hose on a cold Michigan morning and the three NOS stages/kits. BUT... I wish there was a tube 'extension' for the wand handle and a traditional HARDWOOD floor brush accessory available to better VAC under WIDE beds. Maybe in the future. This BISSELL was the winner of FOUR makes painstakingly considered and replaced a 'straight' axle, 'hardtail' HOOVER Windtunnel 7500 which weighs almost as much as my GMC pickup truck and has been a family FAVE since Eisenhower was President (or, so it seems). That Hoover is and was a great machine for its era and ALL its subsequent 'decades' of use. Okay, OKAY, I made up the part about the Nitrous (NOS) oxide kits...

    Glad I bought this one!
    This thing REALLY picks up! The features are straightforward and easy to navigate, I like that! The dirt bin comes off and opens in a manner that makes sense, not complicated, like my last vac. I LOVE the 5 year warranty, it seems to be made well, AND I love that Bissell supports animal rescue etc.! My only complaint is no "auto wind" for the cord, BUT I love that the cord is as long as it is........just don't like "wrapping it".....LOL.

    Love it!
    I absolutely love this vacuum!! Its actually quieter than a lot of vacuums and the colors are all my favorite. Not to mention they help out homeless pets and are located in my hometown of Grand Rapids, Mi!!!! I was impressed from the first pass over my carpet and the pet Turbo Eraser tool works great!

    Bissell vacuum is what I expected from the company
    I like the mobility of the vacuum. To assemble the vacuum was straight forward. It is easy to empty the cup. I enjoyed the lights on the front of the vacuum.
