Shredder Solace
Just received this shredder as the amount of confidential documents continue to amass due to COVID lock-downs. I unloaded on the shredder for a good 20 minutes and the performance and micro-shred capabilities performed as expected. This is a great addition to my office providing 'peace of mind' since identity management remains paramount.

Compact powerhouse
Purchased last month and have been thoroughly satisfied. It'll handle just about anything I throw at it including entire unopened junk mail getting thrown into it without a problem. The only complaint is the auto feed feature doesn't operate completely as advertised. It only seems to accept nearly perfect paper (no wrinkles and no construction paper) and the stack needs to be perfect for continuous operation. Otherwise the paper never gets pulled and the machine just keeps running until the thermoswitches turn it off. I'd like the auto feed tray to have a guided throat to aid in self alignment as the paper slides down and the thickness limitations on the auto feed be adjusted a pinch. Otherwise would buy another if and when I need.

    Shredder works amazingly fast.
    After reading all the reviews before I purchased this product, I thought the autofeed wouldn't work. When I got it, I tried once and it seemed it didn't work. But after I tried again, I saw that when you place multiple pieces of paper in the auto feeder and it caught the 1st page that the others followed automatically one by one. Absolutely happy with the way this works and how fast I can shred paper.

    Nice and quiet
    So far so good. It is a lot less noisy. Just makes you believe you are getting a great deal then less than a week after it arrived it was $20. less than I paid. So wondering why they keep marking it down. Hope it lasts long enough to get my moneys worth.

    Great Price for a Great Performer
    This auto shredder is fantastic. It's quiet and I love the micro cuts it makes. It would be extremely hard for someone to put a document back together after running through this monster. I had 30 years of mortgage papers and old checks to shred and it did the job with no problem. It's so easy to move with the built-in wheels. It was so nice to load the 110 page auto feeder and walk away to come back minutes later with the job done. Do not hesitate to buy this shredder. Great buy, great quality.

    Awesome shredder for light or heavy duty shredding
    Bought this shredder for our office. Have had it for one month and it has been extraordinary. It operates flawlessly and pretty quietly. Autofeed feature is a timesaver for workloads. Built in basket saves on cleanup. What we like best about it is how long it can shred before it needs to shutdown.

    All the right things
    The shredder is quieter, more efficient and better engineered than any of the machines I have had in the past. I am far more confident that my documents are safely destroyed and the information safe, than any cross-cut machine. The auto load is very time saving.

    Great but need some improvement
    Overall it is good! not really noisy like others, heat management is good... but Autofeeder sucks..... it doesn't grab the paper well enough. Need better rubber on that auto feeder wheels. Need to stay next to it and keep watching it otherwise, it will keep running cause it senses the paper on the autofeeder.
