Fun for play and learning!
We are so happy to have our Foodie Truck Fun Wooden Shape Sorter in our home! My son thinks this toy is so entertaining and I enjoy that he will sit and play with something that also is helping him learn. The wooden food truck is bright, colorful, and cheery to attract my little one’s attention. I love that the food truck and shapes include Sesame Street characters because my son likes them and it is also a happy throwback to my own childhood. He enjoys looking at the different food items on each block. We are working together on learning with this toy by talking about the colors, the food items, and the shapes. The best part is that this toy will be helpful and fun for my son for play and learning for a long time! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Durable wooden toy but little sorting ability
The Foodie Truck Fun Wooden Shape Sorter is durable and made of good quality wood. The blocks have fun designs of them with one side showing a good item and the other showing a Sesame Street character. The truck itself is constructed of two wooden pieces and then wooden bars that connect the pieces so the blocks do not fall out while inside. Having the wooden bars allows the blocks to be seen while inside. One side of the wooden truck has a larger square to get the blocks out of once they are put it. It is big enough for small hands to reach in and get the blocks, they fall out when the truck moves, or they can be shaken out of that square hole. The other side of the truck only has 3 slots for sorting, one triangle, one circle, and one square. There are 3 of each shape of block but only one hole for each shape, so there is less spots to fit the blocks in and I find that to be a downfall in this toy. My child was confused by the wooden bars and kept wanting to try to fit the block through the bars because they are spaced far apart, but not wide enough for the blocks to fall through. Overall while Foodie Truck Fun Wooden Shape Sorter is constructed well and of good material, the design does not appear to be well thought out and limits the play and also has the blocks fall out when you do not want them to.     Sesame Street for the win!
    My son gets so much enjoyment out of this toy, that we bought even more Sesame Street blocks by Bright Starts. He loves stacking the blocks, staring at the images on them, sorting the different shapes, and shaking the blocks out of the truck. He plays with this daily and never gets bored!

    Fun Shape Sorter with Elmo!
    This product has been a wonderful addition to our household. My youngest received it when he was 22 months old and loved it at first sight. The colors, characters, and size are perfect for little hands to enjoy. He has learned his colors, the names of the food items on each cube and the names of his favorite sesame street characters; he has yet to learn the shapes.     Simple but so cute and fun!
    My son just turned 2 and is Sesame Street obsessed so I had to get this for him. I love Cookie Food Truck so this toy is great! Each shape has a character on one side and a good on the other which is great for learning food identification. There are 3 shapes in 3 different colors so you also get shape and color identification and can even do counting. The graphics are really bright and fun.     Fun toy!
    I provide behavioral therapy for 2-3 year olds and use this toy during my sessions. All of my kids have enjoyed playing with it and have started discovering multiple ways to interact with it. They put the shapes in, push the truck, pretend to eat the food, etc. I wish there were more than the 3 shapes but the kids that use this don't seem to mind.     Excellent Quality!!!
    This toy is very excellent quality that I can tell will hold up for years with plenty of play time! One of my favorite things about it is there is no lid to have to open to hold the shapes in. This makes it a lot easier for the young ones to get the shapes in and out. I definitely prefer the wooden set over a plastic set any day. The shapes are really cute with the sesame street characters which my son loved. I would definitely recommend this product and would buy in the future for gifts!     My son is obsessed with Cookie Monster and Gonger's Foodie Truck TV show. He was so excited when he saw this toy. He keeps driving this “truck” around the house singing the songs. It's so cute. The shapes are easy to put in the shape sorter and have food on one side and a character on the other. I just wish there were more (different shapes). Overall, I'm pretty happy with this.
