Great for casual nature watcher
My Dad wanted binoculars to watch the birds, deer, and other creatures in the field across the street from his house. This pair was perfect. It allowed him to see more detail on the animals than his old pair (this pair is stronger). He said everything is clear, crisp, and bright.

I bought them for my husband for Christmas and he said he was very satisfied with them for the price. They come with lens protectors on both ends and he liked that.

    Great Binoculars !
These binoculars work great. Very lightweight and easy to use. Only complaint is I wish they came with a hard case instead of a soft case for storage and travel.

I'm very pleased with my Bushnell powerview binoculars! I give a full 5 stars! It's like viewing in HD vision.I can read small writing 1,2,3 hundred yards away. Its well worth paying the extra cost over cheaper binoculars! Do yourself a favor if your looking here for a great pair of binoculars

    good value for price
Sharp focus and good field of view, had similar Bushnells before and lasted long time. These are a little larger but good for birdwatching and fishing - hard to beat for the price

    Great binoculars!
These binoculars are exactly what I was looking for. I live up in the hills of Honolulu and wanted to see the ocean more clearly. I got much more than that. I can see the fireworks up close! I can see the palm trees, and things I never thought I would see! These binoculars are powerful!

    Awesome binocular for hunting!
I owned this exact same binocular for years and used them for hunting. My ex-spouse decided she needed them more than me and kept them when we divorced. I found these when searching for new ones and was delightfully surprised that Bushnell still makes them. Isn't life funny that way? The price was almost the same now as when I purchased them almost 15 years ago. The binocular is durable, well made and served me well. I look forward to enjoying another 15 years plus from my brand-new Bushnell binocular! Thanks Walmart, you're the best! Sincerely, A Loyal Customer

GOOD FOR NATURE LOVERS BUT NOT ASTRONOMERS
As an optical buff for over 40 years, I can tell you these binoculars have pluses & minuses. On the plus side, they are great for nature & birdwatching; the details "snap" into view & show great contrast. Also, the FOV is fairly wide, so you won't have much trouble locating your subject. On the minus side, there is alot of "edge falloff" in brightness (due to the use of BK7 prisms) and only the center FOV is sharp. Imagine a KK doughnut; the doughnut "hole" is where the image is sharp and the rest of the field (the actual 'doughnut') is blurry. That is a tradeoff you make for a low price. The coatings on the objective lenses appear to be fully multicoated with a dark green sheen; however the eyepiece lenses show multiple reflections which indicates a lack of quality coatings. The binocs also have a tendency to shift focus when you press against the eyepieces; this can be annoying. At night, when viewing the stars & planets, the images are sharp but not very bright & there is a problem with the outer edges of the FOV being "fuzzy." If you are looking for an economical pair of binoculars, this may be right for you. Bird lovers, hikers, ocean dwellers, and hunters can get great use out of these. NOTE: Be warned that with 12x any body movements will be magnified, & if you can't hold these steady, the view will suffer.--RM

    Powerful/ Clear
I am not a binocular expert, but I was convinced this was a great buy considering the low price. They are high powered and provide great sharp and clear views that are quite broad.

    Good binoculars for bird watching.
I like this product but not so much the lever action focusing. I much prefer the nob type of focusing. They perform well and are great for distant viewing but not for viewing any birds closer than 20 feet. Once you get the viewing adjusted for your eyes, they are not too bad and can focus quickly. Good for bird watching.
