One of holes was not tapped properly for screw, I had to substitute a carriage bolt I had in my shop, but I use it 4-6 times a week, and it is a decent value. I am 6'2" and 270 lbs. It holds me no problem.stephen

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/20/2017Affordable, compact, sturdyPROS: There are no welds- held together by threaded bolts- so no worrying about welds breaking from weight... like similar products. Comes with needed tools-easy to assemble. Placement of foam rollers for knee support are perfect placement for also using to knock out preacher curl reps from a kneeling position. So far I've used this bench for preacher curls, situps, crunches, russian twists, decline reverse crunches, & as foot support in doing pistol squats or single leg squats. No issues yet. This bench is probably the cheapest, yet sturdy, and well designed for multiple uses that you will find on the market. 2 weeks of research and strongly considering $200+ benches that had reviews of complaints of welds breaking, this was the best choice and being easily affordable made it that much better. During assembly the bolts, nuts, and washers are taped to the cardboard box and covered up with additional cardboard. So at first you might think they forgot to include those. Cons: the plastic end caps for the foam rollers that support your knees tend to lightly pinch or put pressure on your skin, this is easily fixed for comfort by wrapping a towel or cloth around them and holding in place with light duty cord or string.DV007
