Steams great!
My favorite oat milk product out there. Steams like a dream using my Breville Barista Express machine (not one of those handheld frothers - those don't work well in terms of getting the perfect frothed milk).

'Made in Canada' newest batch is AWFUL
I'm not sure what happened, but I've been buying this milk for 2+ years, and in the last few months every carton I buy tastes disgusting (best way I can describe it is oat-y - just like, for example, Califia's regular oat milk). I've noticed this is consistent with every carton that says 'Made in Canada' at the top. All (older) cartons that DO NOT say 'Made in Canada' taste normal. I'm guessing Califia changed their factory which has resulted in this terrible change. I'm very upset too because no other brand comes close to producing the same great foam texture (Oatly included!). Minor Figures I guess is the closest, for anyone looking. Dear Califia: PLEASE fix this and go back to the way you were making this milk before!

    Amazing!!!
    After reading a bunch of rave reviews I decided to give the Barista Blend a try with only the intention of using it to experiment with my new frother. Then I saw the suggestion on the carton to drink it straight so I did and it was absolutely delicious. O…mahgaaad.

    Favorite brand of oat milk
    This is my favorite oat milk, hands down. It's super easy to froth with a milk frother, and it doesn't curdle/leave the bits almond milk sometimes has. Walmart has the best prices for this brand of oat milk, but they're out of stock quite a bit. When they're in stock, I try to stock up! This is also shelf stable, which is great.

    Best Oat Milk We Have Ever Tried By Far
    We love this milk and the regular oat milk by Califia Farms. There is no other brand that comes anywhere close to this one. It is getting harder and harder to find around East Texas and I really hope that it isn't going to stop being sold because I don't know what we will do. It tastes great and it's not all watery like other brands.

    Tastes Great; So Healthy!
    My cholesterol moved into the “great” zone when I switched from dairy to oat milk. The Califia Barrista oat milk is great in hot tea and recipes that call for milk. Buy it by the case and store in the pantry til you need it.

    It's very difficult to be a vegan/ vegetarian AND a coffee snob. I simply will not drink coffee unless it's made perfectly. Never could find the right “cream” and still stick to my high standards UNTIL I found Califia Oat Barista blend. The first sip made me grab the carton and reread the ingredients. Awesome! For the average person who doesn't mind that gross coconut/ vanilla undertone all the other coffee creamers have, try this barista blend and then you will taste QUALITY. For the coffee snobs like me, look no further. The Holy Grail has been found. Buy this and enjoy being in heaven.

    I am obsessed with the oat barista blend!
    I had a friend suggest another brand when I was looking for a frothable/foamable dairy-alternative, but they were out of stock and I found this!! Been using it for months on months for all my coffees! Tastes great and works amazingly. PLEASE NOTE: the cold foam on the top is the barista blend but had added flavor to it. otherwise it comes out an off white color.
