Box thin. Small dent here there but overall good. Heavy duty grates. Worth the Price. Arrived on time.Gdepps Famous Dishes first full video soon.

Got a lemon
Received my grill today and was a bit disappointed given that I have had good experiences with this brand in the past. The box was barely hanging on when I received it from my porch, upon unpacking, noticed my lid was bowed out both sides. Not acceptable as the heat and smoke will escape from each side. Tried to bang it out but no luck, customer service had me email the service team for assistance. There were also multiple holes not completely punched out and attachments for shelves had the holes bent, overall would not recommend unless you have the tools to fix these defects as I did. Will update when I know more or I when receive replacement parts.

    Amazing grill,all essentials at affordable price
    Excellent grill for such a price. I bought grill for a barbecue for the community. The grill was used by a chef who donated to cook. He loved it!

    I don't recommend it!!
    I bought this grill since my wife likes charcoal, I did all the indicated procedure before use, yesterday its second use I see that the charcoal tray is already rusty and when lighting the coals one of the grids where the grill is placed broke meat and I've only had it for 2 weeks, it gave me a bad experience and I don't want it anymore, I already did the return process, nothing tells me that the same thing won't happen with another grill!! I do not recommend it

    I purchased this grill on 05 May 2022. I got it to replace my gas grill that had seen its last days. I elected to go with charcoal given the price they are charging for tanks of gas and liked the way it looked and the size of the Pro Deluxe XL. Let me stop right here and say that if I had been home when UPS delivered the grill, given the state the carton was in I would have refused it (see picture). After just using it twice one of the cooking grates broke (not a good sign) and the ashpan looked to be 4 or 5 years old (see picture). I contacted customer service and they are going to replace the cooking grate and I did not even get about the ashpan. Interjecting here let me say that I followed the manual "After each use, coat vegetable oil on the interior grates and bare metal parts while to reduce rust". THIESE ARE THE REASONS THAT I GAVE IT A "3". Just cannot wait to see what condition the grill ashpan and cast iron cooking greatest are after cooking all day on Father's Day!

    Definitely needs to be packaged better! Box was flimsy. Grill Definitely had dents. this cost too much to arrive like this! This is my 2 one by Char-Griller. It will concern me about purchasing through Walmart in the future. I didn't have a prob years ago with the 1 from Lowes. Plus they put it together for me.

    Not the best
    I was super excited about giving this grill for christmas and get halfway through putting it together and find that it has a dent in the top part so it does not close correctly. Currently waiting on my replacement to come in.
