Nothing extra special...
I purchased this coffee after reading all of the highly rated reviews. I have now had several cups of the coffee and must say that I don't see anything extra special about the coffee. I will admit that it has a decent flavor and is a good price. I doubt though, that I will be purchasing again.

    Good coffe
    Started drinking Community dark roast more than 50 years ago working offshore . Moved away when they shut the Gulf down but have always enjoyed it ,even if it doesn't melt the spoon the way we Brew it now . Thanks Larry

    No bitter after taste great coffee for the price
    Folgers, Maxwell coffee is not the same as years ago. Most brand coffee has bitter after taste. Order community brand and will order more. No after taste

    Great Coffee
    We have been ordering Community Coffee for years. Our neighbor said it was the best coffee he has ever tasted. In addition, Community Coffee offers a Military Match. My nephew was stationed in Kosovo, and coffee was the most wanted item they requested be sent to them. I sent them some Community Coffee, and they really appreciated it.

    An all American brew.
    One of the best coffees. Introduced years ago by a friend, pilot, that flew it back to me from Louisana. When I make it in the morning it is so aromatic you can hear the "Star Spangled Banner" play as it brews. True American. Stand clear when the "Bombs burst in air" though.

    From the initial scoops of coffee into the pot, fresh, clean water, and for us, a sprinkle of cinnamon, both Dark Roast and French Roast ensure a happy and satisfied morning.The first cup is the smooth and rich wake up, and the next few just keep the morning humming!     Fantastic Dark Roast Coffee
    There is nothing to dislike about this coffee. It is DELICIOUS. And actually it is a DARK ROAST, not a medium roast, as it is advertised. It says "DARK" right on the bag. I highly recommend this coffee, especially if you love strong dark roast. It is wonderful.

    Wrong discription
    Read the description- medium roast… ordered and it's actually dark roast which it says elsewhere but I didn't pay attention since I saw medium in description …got to hear my husband cry a river over this. He does not like dark roast
