Bought this one for my 3 1/2 year old son and he loves it!! No issues with charging. I love the fact that YouTube kids was already installed!

Tablet is great in size, is anyone else having issues with the tablet once it reaches 46% it automatically turns off! I thought it could be the screen out timers so I changed them to never still have the same issue even after rebooting the system and factory resetting it! Help please

    Great for toddler.
    Great for toddler. Comes preloaded with games. There's nothing about this tablet that wouldn't keep your toddler entertained for hours.

    Extremely Slow Operating System
    Device is great, large screen easy set up and use. The apps and device itself runs EXTREMELY EXTREMELY SLOW! Turning on, selecting between books, games, or videos system is NOT robust! We have super fast internet and install of apps are pretty quick but system overall disappointing!

    I purchased 2 tablets for each of my granddaughters as a 2022 Christmas gift. They LOVED it! Within a month you could no longer turn on 1 of the devices and the other could not hold a charge. Unfortunately, now you can no longer turn that one on as well. I purchased the 2-year protection plan from Wal-Mart and put in a claim with AllState, as instructed, but they told me to make a claim with the manufacturer (Contixo), which I did immediately. I have put in 3 claims with Contixo who 1) has not taken ownership of the devices failure and 2) have not responded to my claims. Wal-Mart refuse to assist me in escalting the matter nor will they do anything to mitigate it. To date, the tablets have not been repaired/replaced. My advice ... DO NOT purchase this tablet.

    l want my money back l am a poor woman
    the tablet doesn't work l asked for a return the store send me a barcode l went to the service associate when I showed them the barcode they scanned it they told me that it not working l can't return it l very disappointed l made an effort to buy the tablet as a gift for my daughter birthday it doesn't work every single day she keeps asking me mommy give me my tablet please tear ? in my eyes cause can't buy a next one for her it's not possible to return it l really don't know what to do.

    we bought 2 tablets they both freeze up battery life is about 2 hours slow down load time graphics are not that good the apps freeze up and it kicks you out in the middle of your or video just not pleased with the quality my grands where so happy when they open them about and hour of playing them the got upset because of the down load time and the freezing up they lag real bad on roblox its not our internet we fast internet our laptop works great our phones work great and our TVs never lag or freeze up so that shows me its the tablets i wouldnt recommended it to anyone and the little stand that holds them up to watch videos broke the first day just poor quality all in all

    Contixo tablets - bought two. Within six months, both screens pixelated out. The one-year warranty Contixo falsely promises/'provides' is useless as ten messages/emails/contacts over the next six months provided no assistance, and then the warranty ran out. WILL NEVER BUY A CONTIXO PRODUCT AGAIN.

    Did not last
    I liked the features that were suggested however, my daughter got this for Christmas and now the tablet does not come on at all, it is 100% charged. My daughter had a hard time navigating it initially and you MUST get a screen protector on immediately or the screen will be scratched. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
