one crack and whole tablet is unusable.
my little girl loved her tablet. only downfall is if it gets the smallest hairline crack the tablet wont work anymore. you can see the picture but its like the touch sensor automatically breaks also. for it being a kids tablet they should make the screens a little more durable. As kids will be kids and have accidents but it should still be useable even with a hairline crack.

    Great for toddler. Comes preloaded with games. There's nothing about this tablet that wouldn't keep your toddler entertained for hours.

    l want my money back l am a poor woman
    the tablet doesn't work l asked for a return the store send me a barcode l went to the service associate when I showed them the barcode they scanned it they told me that it not working l can't return it l very disappointed l made an effort to buy the tablet as a gift for my daughter birthday it doesn't work every single day she keeps asking me mommy give me my tablet please tear ? in my eyes cause can't buy a next one for her it's not possible to return it l really don't know what to do.

    we bought 2 tablets they both freeze up battery life is about 2 hours slow down load time graphics are not that good the apps freeze up and it kicks you out in the middle of your or video just not pleased with the quality my grands where so happy when they open them about and hour of playing them the got upset because of the down load time and the freezing up they lag real bad on roblox its not our internet we fast internet our laptop works great our phones work great and our TVs never lag or freeze up so that shows me its the tablets i wouldnt recommended it to anyone and the little stand that holds them up to watch videos broke the first day just poor quality all in all

    Horrible tablet never buying again
    I got this tablet for my son for Christmas it was working fine I really loved it I bought another 2 months later for my other son worsts idea ever not even a year in and both tablet completely blacked out never turn on again tried charging it and it still dose not work this is the worst tablet ever I payed a lot of money for them to just completely die they should remove this tablet of the market and stop ripping people off saying it's a great tablet when it's belongs in the trash I want my money back

    Buyer beware!
    I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. In late January the screen went black so I contacted Walmart about it. They said I had to go to manufacturer because it was sold two months prior. I have have tried and my son has tried to get this replaced or at least talk to them and we hav3 not gotten any response by phone or email. $132.00 for one month of play is unacceptable.

    what a terrible product
    this tablet works great for like a couple months and then it started where it wouldn't turn on and now it's still it's been over a year plus it's been almost 2 years and I haven't been able to get it to come back on I really don't think paying $19 for 2 months is a bargain I do not recommend this product

    Buyer Beware! Do not buy! purchase an Onn tablet for it works way better! i bought this tablet for my 9 yr olds birthday, party was at the end of May. Started having issues end of June, and major issues in July. August 24, 2022, it freezes for the umpteenth time. I shut it off. It never turned back on. I went to my local Walmart. I was past their return policy date. I called the number for the extended warranty and was told to contact the Contixo company. After a lot of going back and forth, I was told if I send them, by USPS on my dime, the broken tablet, they will send me a new one. All I want is a refund. Horrible tablet, horrible customer service with Contixo. Go view their reviews on Google. This tablet only has a 3.3 star rating. Almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 star.
