This is the 2nd year we've ordered this product, and didn't receive the correct parts. The tablet worked for a little while, and the charger didn't fit! Two Christmases in Row! Finally another family member ordered and my granddaughter is enjoying it, but not with me. Still I'd say a good product.

    I purchased 2 tablets for my girls 3 and 6 for Christmas. All I have to say is the tablets did it's job baby!!!! It's like they aren't even here when they get on them plus it comes with a few games already. The charger cords aren't that durable tho. The little piece that you push into the tablet when u charge it pulls out of the cord and I have to push it back in. However it does come with 2 cords so......

    A great tablet for my 6 year old son. He enjoys it a lot better than the leap pad. Great size and features to download games for kids his age.

    Mixed feelings
    I bought this tablet based on the good reviews. Had to download kida place and it doesnt show up on the main screen. I have to go to the play store in order to open the app again. Searched for netflix so my son can watch things but nope doesnt give me that option either. Didnt like it. Son doesnt really pay attention to it. Games are alright i guess

    Don't waste your money.
    The fact that I bought one on the 13th and one on the 15th of July an neither one of them turn on today on July 29th is absolutely absurd. My two sons chose these tablets as rewards only to be let down within month. they've had cheaper tablets work better and last longer.

    Forget the parental controls, it makes it glitchy
    the charger didn't work right off the bat unless I had it twisted a certain way and had pressure on it. the "kids place" function is supposed to lock the tablet into this certain mode with strict parental controls and would only allow certain apps to be downloaded. When I tried to use this "kids place" function, it became super glitchy and would cut in and out between 2 screens until I turned it off and back on again. I gave this item 2 stars instead of 1 because you take off the "kids place" mode then you can use it as a normal tablet, which is what we ended up doing.
