Lower your expectations
Well to start it took 15 days for it to arrive;took Costway more than 10 days to ship. They semt white when I ordered red, my son wanted the res,one....but after all this I am not sending it back. Smaller savings/change area then expected and it constantly tells over backwards. I guess my expectations were too high.

    Many hours of enjoyment and learning made fun.
    My 5 year old great grandson was very excited and has been playing with him everyday. He's easy to operate and he loves that he can record messages on him. He's teaching my grandson about money and denominations. The built in bank is great and it can carry a tray so he can send Candy to the kitchen for a snack from mom and it carries it back out to him. My money was well spent on this robot.

    Gave this to my son on Christmas and one foot did not work. The robot just went in circles. Returned and received a refund but now it's sold out and only available in a different color for a higher price.

    Love the robot just arrived broken from one leg
    box is damaged and Robot has a leg broken...too bad my grandson waited for it with hope of playing with it soon as it arrived. Ordered before Christmas as Christmas gift and had no luck....now to return...smh

    Can only move on even surface.
    My grandchildren like it. Only run on flat surface, it will fall on any uneven areas. The users instruction included in the box was German. But you can download the English version on web site.
