Great coffee, great options, looks great.
Great coffee! Easy to use, so nice to have the choice of a full pot or a quick single cup. I like the eco friendly option of using my own ground coffee in the single serve side, but my husband likes cappuccino, so he can still have his k-cups! And it looks nice and compact on the counter.

Poor quality Cuisinart Coffee Center.
Oh my. Where should I start? This product is terrible. Leaves coffee grounds in very single single serve cup. Rips a hole 1/2" wide in the K-cup top (instead of pin-point) and splashes coffee everywhere. Poor customer service as well.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/15/2022Versatile Coffee Maker with a FlawOverall, my 12 Cup Coffeemaker and single-serve brewer works well. It is very easy to set up and to use. There is one major flaw. About 50% of the time i place a K-Cup into the holder and close the lid. It breaks the foil top wide open and spills many of the grinds from the K-Cup out into my mug and all throughout the cup brewing area! The only way I can avoid this is to push the K-Cup down until the needle at the bottom goes through the K-Cup before closing the lid! See picture attached. Is there a fix for this???? I have made several pots of coffee and that function works well.Unknown

Some folks complained about the single cup "splashing." We placed an inverted little dish on the base. It raised the cup closer to where the coffee comes out. We love it. We, also enhanced it by purchasing a coffee pod storage gizmo on Amazon as well. Both the 12 cup and single cup sides make excellent coffee.Willan

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/19/2022"Clean" is not clean?!I liked the idea of the coffee maker/single brew in one as it saves counter space. Two design flaws and one issue prevent a higher rating. When you lift the lid, any condensate runs down the back of the unit onto the counter rather than back into the maker. So it constantly requires wiping up the counter. Also, the area to pour the water into is so confined that it's easy to overshoot and again have water on the counter. Finally, after about 5-12 cup pots made, the "Clean" light came on. Did the vinegar clean and it went off but came back on after two pots of just water were run through it. A few days later, did the vinegar clean again and it only lasted about two weeks before the "Clean" light came on once more. It simply can't be that dirty as the water here is not hard.Scott in Salem

Unfortunately I didn't keep the packaging for the unit so I guess I have to live with it this way. The coffee brews perfectly both in the K cups and when making a full pot.Reneem41

Also, it would have been nice to mention in the instructions that there's a plastic strip over the clock so old people like me wouldn't try to figure out what's wrong with the clock. The only complaint i would have is the reservoir for single brew is small. The coffeemaker is appealing and compact for being a dual purpose. Cuisinart is always dependable and well made. It is usually just me for coffee but when my family comes the convenience of the pot size makes things easy. I also like that pot is filled with water with each pot, no resevoir where water stands.Treetbear
