Buy a better brand
The water tank for the tea maker is impossible to clean, no matter how many times I descale it. Filling the coffee maker is tedious because of the spilling. The plastic on top warps after a few pots. What a waste of money.

    Coffeemaker plus Hot water.
    It makes great coffee so far but the top seems to be getting warped. This shouldn't happen, it's brand new.

    Very satisfied
    I love my new Coffeemaker. I mainly bought it for the hot water dispenser. I drink a lot of hot water. It heats up quickly and reheats when the temp changes to maintain a certain degree. I also like the coffee maker. It was well worth the price.

    Exactly what we were looking for!
    My husband drinks coffee and I drink tea. Stumbled upon this product while looking for a Christmas gift for our son. We received this as a gift and love using it each day. We've only been using it for a little over a month. We hope it holds up as well as the previous products we replaced it with!

    Great product , but factory flaw ..
    We love this coffeemaker! After 4 rigorous years of usage we recently purchased a new one… however the new one has a warped lid.and water collects on the top of it. I returned for a new one but same issue. So we like the convenience of having hot water for tea and cocoa available in cans a coffee maker together .. only one on the market like it!

    Hot Water Still Tastes Like Plastic
    I wanted this product to work soooo bad! but unfortunately those reviews about the hot water dispenser producing water tainted with the smell and taste of plastic is accurate. The hot water side produces steaming hot water in about 3 minutes but no matter what I tried… vinegar rinses, a baking soda solution, running more than twenty cycles of fresh water through the unit…the plastic taste persists. I'll note that the plastic aroma is less noticeable if you pour the water in to the unit, wait for it to heat and dispense it immediately. If you leave it in the unit for a prolonged duration it will be tainted. On the other side of the machine, the coffee pot works well and I like the controls. I was disappointed to see that after about 2 months of routine use (1 morning pot of coffee per day), the black paint on the burner has started to chip away. Based on previous experiences, that will lead to rust in due time.

    Good product. Works well. Love to be able to make both coffee and hot water for tea. I have owned Cuisinart coffee makers before. I gave this model 4 stars instead of 5 because when i remove the carafe of coffee to pour a cup the portafilter that holds the grinds leaks some onto the hot plate. My last Cuisinart maker had a better seal on the porafilter. When removing the carafe nothing should leak onto the plate. Fix this with this model and it can be a 5 star product!
