I plugged in the computer, and nothing works, power comes on and that's it. I tried calling the supplier, and getting no results. Very unhappy with this product, so far.

    Great Product
    was skeptical about it at first. But man I'm sure glad I did buy it! its exactly as described and works Wonderfully! Keyboard and mouse were cheaper but that wasn't what I was worried about. Was clean and ready to go right out of the box. Definitely going to buy from them again. 10/10 would highly recommend!

    Less than expected
    Order computer with 16gb memory and 1tb hard drive. Received computer with 8gb memory and 500gb hard drive. The computer it self was the model I ordered

    a very dissatisfied customer
    the advertisement says 16GB RAM and 1TB hard drive. it only has 8 GB of RAM and 465 GB hard drive. i would like a computer that has the advertised components.

    So I got the computer but it's not 16 GB ram as he said in the description and in the same time the colors wont adjust and have a lot of problems .

    good as can be expected for the price.
    screen has lines in it. very cheap wifi modem i had to replace because it quit working often. no bluetooth. speaker so weak i can barely hear anything. but still a good deal for the price. very heavy and stable. probably commercial model meant for industry. many usb ports.

    Ordered at end of april 2020. Connected end of May 2020. January 10 2021 the mother board was shot. Was not used daily and only for light home office stuff. No gaming.

    Great value but could use some improvements
    Giving it a 4 star because it was shipped in good packaging but when I got it there was a few things I noticed. 1 is the items that are in this order were dusty and dirty witch is okay but I feel like they could of cleaned it off before sending it. It also came with a WiFi adapter that DID NOT work so I just went to get an Ethernet cable for 10 dollars at Walmart and now it works great. If the WiFi adapter worked and if the items were cleaned before sending I would give a 5 star but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and it will make my school assignments very easy to complete with the 16gb of ram that is installed on the desktop.
