Just opened this, I read no where I would receiving a refurbished computer. Tower is dell monitor is HP scuffs all over and monitor is broken, need to return ASAP very disappointed

    Not Exact
    I received my new Dell PC and it was disappointed. This PC look like it was a refurbished P.C which I read all the information before purchasing and it said NEW not Refurbished. It had marks all over it but no dents. The PC itself works pretty well but what's on the picture is Not you get exactly. Speed is good and storage seem to be good.

    Dependable and easy to install.
    The Dell products are superb and this unit is very nice for the money. The only problem I encountered was the fact the computer did NOT have an internal speaker. I spent over two hours loading drivers and troubleshooting the unit. I even looked at the help sheet that explained common problems. I found the problem by using a headset! I am very satisfied with the price and the amount of USB ports available.
