I was skeptical of buying refurbished desktop at first, but the price was very reasonable. Great for my 1st grader's homeschool, easy setup and so far it runs good.

I put together the system. my identification, went to Microsoft, set. there went the system, flash, zap. wouldn't pull back up. on the Minister, I pick out the picture display. doesn't seem,that the system, was understood, to be protected. not protected! customers problem, after ordering.

    Incompatible Monitor
    Received the computer well packaged and undamaged. My major issue is the monitor and modem are incompatible and won't work together which would be a major issue for someone who doesn't have another monitor like I did. Changed monitors with my older computer and now they both work.

    Refurbished computer
    Refurbished computer so I understand there will be flaws. However, one of the cords looked like it had seen better days. The key board keys feel very odd. Overall, the product was in good shape and packaged with care. Not sure internally how clean the computer is but again its refurbished and so far its good.

    When I received it there was a large spot on monitor, loose cable for monitor , very used and old . after few months , since yesterday the case doesn't boot up and the warning lights shows there is a serious problem. 200$ wasting money . Unfortunately in COVID it was the quickest computer was available for us to get for children relearning. I don't recommend to you to trust on Walmart for getting refurbished electronic products.

    Terrinle. 1 out of 2 completely broken.
    I ordered 2. 1 was decent, but the other has a fan issue, the operating system was not formatted and has a password set on the hard drive before windows loads so I cannot reset it myself, several dead pixels, missing keys, and the list goes on. I have been trying for a week to get ahold of them through Walmart customer service to get this picked up, but it is impossible. I have an upset kid now. Returns through Walmart third party sellers are just terrible. This is one of them. This experience is just about to make me swear off of ordering from walmart.com ever again.

    Delivery fast and return computer not working
    The computer was delivered ahead of schedule but had the Blue screen of death for a Windows 10 issue. The return was easy as the shipping came with a Fed Ex return label. So the the score issue is due to the fact i am not sure if any booted the computer up before it was shipped. I would order from the company again since the return was exceptionally fast and easy. .
