Received it in a box that was falling apart but I just figured who cares what counts is what's inside, then yesterday when my grandson was opening it on Christmas Day a wheel was missing. Now I'm not sure if we take it in or ask for a refund.

    Great 1st time bike, Not for a Daily Rider!
    Loved the simplicity and look. It really felt like a piece of Toy Story in person. Except even with a full tutorial on the bike the East 1-2-3 steps were not so easy. After making the bike I checked it myself with shaking and pushing weight on it and it all fell apart. The worse piece to do was the handlebars attaching to the bottom. But after many attempts the bike ran well, however, tires got flat within 4 days of use (30mins a day) and the left wing did not spring up from the beginning. Its a great first time bike but not for someone who plans to use it daily or more than 3 times a week.

    Has its pros and cons
    While the bike is absolutely adorable, the training wheels are made incredibly cheaply. Both wheels won't touch the ground at the same time, so my son tilts back and forth on the bike. I learned not to order bikes online moving forward! My son loves it nonetheless.

    Easy to assemble but sturdy. The training wheels come on and off without tools, which is really nice while trying to teach a kid how to ride a bike. They are still sturdy enough that I'm not concerned about coming off unexpectedly.
