Lasts two winters and two summers
We have southern exposure and no canopy cover for our furniture. This only lasts two years (two summers and two winters exactly) before it becomes brittle and a hole develops on the top corner. The weather is pretty harsh. Snow and ice sits on top, full exposure to the UV and rain elements. No mercy. UV damage on the colour is noticeable after the first summer. I'm satisfied that it works to protect our patio set but need to replace this every 2.5 years based on our use and outdoor abuse (Northern Toronto Winters and Summers). We use to use a tarp, but that lasts half a year...most with our weather.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/19/2020Strong and water proofThrilled with our duck covers as usual because they keep out the rain and snow ...our furniture underneath stays dry and protected even after heavy torrential rain in the summer and -42 and tons of snow in the winter. Wouldn't buy any other brand!Keenan64
