Great vacuum!
This vacuum is great. I can't believe the amount of dirt it picks up! I was Leary about buying a refurbished vacuum but it's like a brand new one. Plus I got it for $159. The same vacuum was $310 on Amazon.

    Best refurbished value product
    All items are working perfectly and most of the parts are like brand new ones, no issues so far, and item arrived 1 day ahead of the promised date. Pros: 1.Suction is very good (I have 90% hardwood floor and 10% low pile carpet). 2.Easy maneuvering even though the vacuum cleaner by itself is heavy. Cons: 1. Not able to clean bath rugs due to high suction but not a big deal for me. My suggestion: If you don't have a high pile carpet then this is the best deal.

    Not worth for the price
    Supposedly these are refurbished by Dyson. What is not mentioned is that these are grade B or worse like the one I got, C. The cheaper it is, the lower the grade. You get a 6 months warranty, plus if you buy Walmart's it is an additional 1 year. Now head over to one of the warehouses (even Walmart's own) and for a $100 more you get a brand new one with a 5 years warranty. So guess which one is a better deal? If it was grade A, I would have kept it for the price. Too bad the description lacks the complete picture. Dyson has thousands of accessories to choose from, both genuine and copycats.

    Too much down time!!!
    When a received my Dyson, it assembled fairly easily and then I went to work vacuuming my house. I have all hardwood floors. Everything seemed to work well except the upright position seems a little loose and if I walk away from it locked in the upright position, it usually falls down and smacks on the floor. Then I used the nozzle attachment and it seems like the perfect size for household items to get stuck inside like quarters, buttons, and a part from my couch. In one hour i had to stop 3 times to clean the tube. I found a dowel rod in my garage to push out the objects. I cant imagine someone using this in a business. And this thing heats up the house faster than you can say Hot Flash. Plan on turning down the thermostat a couple degrees so you wont sweat like a pig using it. And the diagram shows a person cleaning up 7 stairs with the wand: total fantasy. The hose isnt long ebough for that. Maybe 4 or 5 stairs. The vacuum lays down, but the ball is too tall to fit under any furniture unless it's a foot off the ground. And it gets better... the wand attachment to clean under furniture doesn't lay down flat. So you cant vacuum under the bed withought losing suction on the floor.

    Refurbished Dyson upright vacuum was great deal!
    I was hesitant to buy a refurbished machine, but I knew Walmart has an excellent return policy, so I took a chance and bought this Dyson upright vacuum. It works wonderfully and perfectly just like a new Dyson. What a great deal! I'm very impressed with the high quality of this product and the unbeatable savings!

    Great on floors- TERRIBLE on high pile carpets!!
    Was so excited to get my Dyson Vacuum cleaner. Received it today assembled it (simple) and went right to work!. Vac worked great on tile floors and low pile rugs but I could barely push it in the bedrooms on the high pile carpet. Suction is so strong you are FIGHTING WITH THE VACUUM- WAY too much work!! Needs to have self-propelled assist for thicker carpets. Also note that because of the strong suction you cannot vacuum bath rugs either, even when standing on one end as I do with my previous vacuum cleaner. I am very disappointed in this vac - used ONCE
