What a vacuum cleaner!
While putting this together, I kept thinking, "So far I am SO please". It went together in a cinch. After using it a couple times, still the same opinion: VERY PLEASED. Good quality product. A lot of plastic pieces so I am hoping they don't break off with usage. Time will tell.

Worthless!!
This is one of the most worthless vacuum I have ever owned from Dyson. I bought it because I trusted Dyson from the usage of my previously owned Dyson products, but this vacuum sucks (not the suction it should be doing). Spent several hours to fix/clean but nothing works. You should recall this thing (seriously)!

    Small Ball but a dynamo.
Lighter, that's good since I am older. Smaller, do it's easier to get into tight places, and has super suction. Our other Dyson gave us 12 years of service. Hope this one does too. Oh yes, guaranteed by Dyson for 5 years.

Bought this vacuum I assumed was from Walmart but was from another company which is in the listing so I should have noticed. No big deal but when the product arrived it is refurbished!! No where on the listing Walmart has up does it say it is a used item. There are other Dyson products that show clearly in the listing they are used or refurbished so I made sure to read this listing top to bottom and not a single thing listed indicated this was a refurbished product. Very disappointing!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Won't last long.
Nothing really great about this vacuum since the day 1. The old Hoover was much better and lasted 4x longer than this. Moreover, the price was only 1/2 compared with Dyson DC65.

    Excellent vacuum with one flaw
This is a very cool vacuum, in looks and design. It's small stature is deceiving as it can reach great heights both with a long electric cord and the magic wand it has to clean the ceiling if necessary. It glides and works very well. My one issue? The exhaust from the ball blows dust and dirt all over the place, you will breathe it in and have to see where it lands so that you clean properly. Or you can use the wand to suck it out of the air, make it fun. Still a great vacuum.

    Not so great to me!
This is my 2nd dyson but my first buying the small Ball multi floor. Was very disappointed with the working of this machine frequent clogging and although I was able to unclog it happen again. Small ball rolling made difficult to maneuver. Great to be able to store away that was one of the features why I bought this particular dyson. But miss the powerful vacuum I am used to.

    review of small ball.
I have the Dyson 50 and the Dyson 35. The Dyson Small Ball is very similiar to the 50. I got the 50 because it was small and light. I am a small person. When I looked at the head I thought oh no too small. I have a big house. But the head of the 50 and of course the head of the small ball are perfect for my big house. It just makes getting into spaces easier. I especially like the wand on the small ball. I love the way you attach the tools and the extra length. It seems much easier to manipulate than the wand on the 50. I like the looks of the small ball. The 50 looks a little "meatier" tthan the 50 but that may be a good thing. The small ball seems to push a little stiffier than the 50. But that may be because I am now used to a Dyson. When i got the 50 I did not know if I could maneuver it. It seemed to wiggle all over. Now i love that way a Dyson works. Or it may be because my 50 is a couple of years old. I really love the longer cord on the small ball. In a big house that helps a lot. All and all I love it. I am interested too in the brush bar design and would love an answer. Compared to the 50 it has less brushes. My only concern with my 50 is how the brushes disappear. I have replaced them once and they were beat up again pretty quickly. The small ball has a new design and I am anxious to see how they do. For hard wood floors my 35 really cleans better. Love it for that.

    Great Vacuum
This vacuum does a great job. Carpets are noticeably cleaner. It was amazing how much more dust it pulled out of the carpet after the first use. Plastic parts seem a little flimsy, though.
