Good price when its on sale
All good so far. Its been a year now. No dead battery or anything. Since this is so cheap and so close to new, just buy extra 4 year warranty when you get it.

    This vacuum worked perfectly at first. My wife and I loved everything about it and were amazed with the convenience of how lightweight it is, being cordless, and very versatile. Right after the 6-month warranty was up, that's when it started acting up. It just doesn't suck anything off the floor anymore. My wife and I are constantly removing the filter and washing it before use and it'll work for 2-3 rooms and that's about it. The second it's turned off, so much debris falls out of the brush region and any slight shaking results in even more debris falling out. We both lost any confidence in using it and have reverted back to out 6 year old, $64 Upright Hoover that's still working great since day 1. With this I feel like I have to plan my vacuum days ahead of time because the filter needs to be prepped and air dried for 24hrs before being re-used and even after doing that, I can't clean the entire house (2300sqft). I wish I didn't purchase this and unfortunately I'm past both the return and warranty window. Just collects dust by sitting in the laundry room now. Definitely was not refurbished for long-term use, which is unfortunate and not fair.

    Solid option!
    arrive in perfect condition. I have had several cheaper models over the years, thinking that no way is a dyson worth the money... well, it's definitely worth the money! picked up 3 hoppers full on the first charge. will the battery last? i don't know, but I got the entire first floor (3 hoppers worth) all at the middle power setting, so if I get a few years out of the refurb price, I'll be happy. Oh, and you absolutely need the absolute if you have hardwood floors, that soft head is game changing - only thing missing is an LED light so that you can see the dust you need to get.
