Luv it!
Much better than older Dyson sticks, long strands of hair are not getting tangled in the roller! This guy on the medium power setting sucking pieces of the carpet up! Good Stuff!

Battery Sucks! and by Suck I mean its terrible!
I really gave it a shot, its been 4-months since I got the Vacuum, our first Dyson actually. When we opened it I thought I had lucked out, since it looked brand new. I charged it overnight, and went to use it for the first time and was impressed with the suction, but then it died while cleaning our second bedroom. I started using only the lowest suction setting but still it only lasts for like 10 minutes of cleaning. I resigned myself to thinking it was just the way with these battery powered vacuums... but we were over at a friends house yesterday and saw they had a Dyson V10 too; I asked them about it and they said they never have trouble doing there whole house which is like double the size of ours - I even used it for a bit and it definitely has more power too; so unfortunately I think I got a bit of a lemon. Wifey and I are probably going to keep this for the short quick messes, but are going to buy a supplemental corded vacuum. Thats my two cents, I won't be buying a refurbished Dyson again.

    I should have known. I thought I could save a few bucks by getting a refurbished one. I thought wrong. Save yourself the time and waiting for the item just to return it the same day. Buy new or get something cheaper. I bought the Shark Rockets Pro no regrets.

    I bought this refurbished dyson and so far am loving it! Its brand new! There is nothing wrong with it! I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews on it, but I have no complaints! Save yourself some money and get a refurbished one! This baby works like a charm. I never realized how much dog hair was on my area rugs until now. I used the smaller roller attachment in my couch today and I was amazed! Really a great product!!

    Not Working Out of the Box
    IAs soon as I received the package from UPS I opened the box and began removing the parts. Thats when it turned on in my hand. No I did not touch the trigger. I read the directions, mounted the hanger and charged it for two hours. Fully charged I removed the cleaner from the holder and it turned on and it would not turn off. I found if I held the battery down I was able to turn it off. When I lifted it off the floor to hang up it would turn on again. Any quality control in that refurbishing plant? Its going back Monday. What a pain.

    Way below expectations.
    A couple parts of it looked brand new but, yes a but, most of it looked that they should have been recycled long ago. The wheels must have been used in drag racing, nothing left and not turning. Never plugged it in or turned on so no idea. I only took a couple pieces out of the box, proceed with caution. I have bought a lot of refurbished items, this is the only one I had to return. But the return was simple and painless so that was good!

    Beautiful machine but ours didnt work.
    We wanted to love this vacuum. With its portability and ease of use it was a no brained. I guess you get what you pay for with refurbished. Ours arrived in a well packaged box. When we opened the box we noticed a HUGE dent on one of the connectors. We accepted that because it was a refurbished device. However, when we used it we noticed the rollers not spinning has it should. Both heads didnt spin at all. Because of that the vacuum didnt suck as it should. Its unfortunate because we wanted to love this.

    Where's The Quality Dyson I Paid For???
    This has stopped working several times. Have it a 2 or of 5 because that's how many times it's worked consistently out of the 5 times it's been used! I wouldn't suggest buying a refurbished dyson.

    I got a Dirty Damaged Smelly Reboxed Returned Item
    The item I received was dirty and used. I understand I purchased a refurbished item but this was not cleaned or even SANITIZED. It was literally a returned item placed in a generic brown box. This is unacceptable especially during a Pandemic. I tried chatting with customer service and was interested in paying extra for a new model and I was denied and told to just return it. Very disappointed in the LACK of quality control and LACK of customer service especially on an expensive product like this. Not what I expected at all from Dyson via Walmart. I would probably reevaluate this relationship Dyson if this is how Walmart is representing your brand.

    I understand that its a refurbished item but the one I received was badly used already and didn't look refurbished at all
