Best vacuum I've had
The cordless vacuum has changed my life. I felt nervous buying a refurbished vacuum but after all my friends recommended dyson, I wanted the newest technology for a more reasonable price. The machine came as if it was brand new and I have not had any issues.

The reality of refurbished
This is for anyone researching a buy for this Dyson or a similar model: I ordered mine the day this deal came out it was supposed to arrive by Friday of that week. It still showed order processing on the day it was due to arrive.  I contacted Walmart by phone and requested that the order be canceled (the seller was not responsive - *Walmart). I was told that the order would be canceled, but it wasnt.  I followed up on Monday via chat, and again requested that the order be canceled immediately.  After a very long delay, I was told that the order could not be canceled, and it was now shipping, which it wasnt. It was suggested that I refuse delivery via UPS. I advised the associate refusal was not an option, because as is common in rural areas, UPS drops the package at the door and leaves. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was promised to call back, which I did not receive. Call Walmart, this be my third attempt to have the issue resolved and avoid a lengthy trip to one of their locations for an in-person return during a COVID outbreak. I was told by the associate that their system was malfunctioning and wouldnt allow a transfer to a supervisor, but they would note my account and I would receive a callback. Again,  I did not receive a callback.  The item finally arrived today. The vacuum accessories and extension pole were scratched up.  The shipping/ product box was torn open on one side and the battery and instructions were missing. Just be aware that if you attempt to buy this product, or similar Dyson stick vacuum from Walmart/ Walmart , you may be asking for a major inconvenience and headache. I read endless positive comments and stories for refurbished Dysons, but this is the reality. Youre only saving money if your time is worth nothing.

    Happy enough
    I like it...it works great. Only 4 stars because it feels cheap. the wheels on the head are hard plastic and the brush attachments could have more brush and be of better design. Bought it to replace my corded meile which I love but is difficult on the new stairs. The difference in quality of construction is readily apparent but probably necessary to reduce weight. Overall I am happy but will still make the additional purchase of the fluffy head.

    Did not work
    If I could give it zero starts I would. Did not work. Did not turn on. Did not look new. Now I have to return it and order from somewhere else. Inconvenient.

    Great vacuum
    Wanted to try a dyson cordless but the price point put me off so when i saw a less expensive refurbished one at walmart i thought i would take a chance. Love this machine, comes with the same dyson guarantee as a new v11, works great, especially for the sofas and car as a hand held , powerful enough on carpets and hardwoods, love not having to plug in and not trailing a wire everywhere and as a handheld for stairs its so easy to use and works fine. Not had any issues with battery life, although i tend to vacuum only a couple of rooms at a time not a whole 2.5k sq ft house .Glad i swapped, never going back to a corded, ( even my OH loved using it) they're worth the money.
