These are good.
Definitely a great bread option for keto and low carb dieters. I really liked everything about it. It kind of gives me more of a feeling of eating a bagel instead of pizza crust. Added some peanut and jelly and it was awesome.

    Emphasis on the word "mini".
    The largest of the three measured 4 1/2 inches, the other two were 4 inches and under. As a pizza crust, it soaked up the sauce, and in the end, it was an undetectable flavor. If I use them for pizza again, I will put the sauce on top of the toppings. I tried another one tonight as garlic bread, spreading Country Crock on it, topping with minced garlic, and using half regular shredded mozzarella, and half fat free mozzarella cheese. (I learned with the pizza not to use all fat free cheese) It turned out better than the pizza.

    My keto kid misses pizza so much. Many products have way too many carbs or taste off. This crust provide a meal that is within her macros and actually tastes like a thick pizza crust. Perfect size for a meal! We top with garlic salt, marinara and cheese! The crust does not get soggy hen cooked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes! Highly recommend!!!

    Low Carb Pizza!
    They were honestly not bad. They are pretty thick for my taste so I sliced them in half while still frozen so we were able to get 6 total pizzas out of the whole bag. it was filling and came out great in our toaster oven. Is it as good as regular pizza? Ofcourse not but hey...I love having the option to have pizza again. It definately satisfied my craving!

    Not worth the price
    $5 for 3 teeny tiny little disks is not cost-effective. But for those who can't have carbs, I feel for you!
