Great Heating Pad
I have found the perfect heating pad! Not only is it super soft to the touch, but it is large enough to actually cover a larger area. It is 12”x24” and has 3 heat settings (low, medium, high) and will automatically shut-off after 2 hours. You can use this heating pad with both dry or moist heat. The cord is long and which makes it convenient if a plug is not very close. The microfiber cloth is machine washable which is a plus.

Poor Item
The item description indicated dry %26 moist heat however after receiving the item nothing in the instructions, on the box indicated moist heat?? So I called the company spoke to customer service and was told “oh we don't have any updated instructions but all you have to do is spray the pad with water” What?? I asked why doesn't anything on the item, box etc say to do that and he could not answer. I returned it the same day it was delivered and will not purchase from this brand again

    My go to back reliever
    I am 30 and I started experiencing back pain from high intensity sports (mainly tennis). I didn't have any chronic issues but more tightness in back muscles. However, I couldn't sleep for 2 days due to intensity of pain. This product helped me to reduce my pain for more than a week and I have been using it every other week to relieve any occasional soreness

    Not that warm
    I liked that this heating pad was good sized,but not huge, nice soft cover ,it can wrap around your arm or knee, which was great, but really not that warm on high heat, but is simple to use and was at a good price,just not warm enough for me.

    Adequate heating pad for the price
    This pad provided me with consistent low to medium heat. If you want high heat, you will not get it from this pad. It provides high heat for about 10 minutes at most, then dies down to medium heat despite being set to high. The cover is very soft. I used it for severe lower abdominal pain predominantly and sometimes for lower back pain. The pad turns itself off after two hours.

    Best heating pad I have ever tried, soft to the skin. The cord is long which is super convenient. There are three heat levels which is nice because after a while it'll get too warm and I like to set it to medium or low setting. It's a perfect size which I can easily roll it up and put it away neatly.

    Soft, plush, easy to store
    Easy to store. I keep mine right by the couch tucked under the lamp table so my grandmother has easy access to it. The cord is long enough it goes under the couch where the power strip is located and my grandmother can use it on the side or the middle of the couch. It heats up fast and the plush is very soft, she loves it.

    Really Like It
    This electric heating pad works pretty well. It gets really warm (not hot) and I can see myself using it to keep me warm also. When I had it in my lap and even around my shoulders, it kept me pretty warm without making me hot. I would definitely use at work instead of a space heater. My only wish was that it was cordless but the cord is long, so I can live with it. I would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a new heating pad or want to try out an electric

    This heating pad is perfect for Moist and Dry Heat Therapy! The pad itself is extra large, measuring 12" x 24". It also has an extra long cord, which reaches 10 feet in length! Absolutely perfect if you happen to have outlets conveniently located behind your beds headboard, like I do! The heating pad's power unit has three individual temperature settings, for low, medium, or high temperatures. The entire pad is safe to wash in any standard washing machine, as well, making it very convenient and easy to clean! As for the moist heat option, you can either dab or blot the pad with a wet sponge or cloth, or you can take the easy route and use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist all over the pad. It also has an auto-off safety feature to turn your heating pad off after its been in use for two hours to conserve energy and prevent accidental burns caused by excessive use.
