    Same Old Madden from the Genesis Days
    EA has done nothing to make this next-gen. They upped some resolution, slapped on a little bit more detailed graphics, better stadiums, but textures and animation are not good. Textures do not look HD level and the animation (said to be 60 fps) is still the same OLD stiff Madden as we have know it. With systems with 8GB of RAM, this should not be. It is still jerky and the players still do not move with a silky smooth realism as should be the case by now. EA is just lazy. The game play is more of less the same - it is football you know, so not much could change. They tweak things (giving or taking it away) for marketing purposes to make it appear to be a new game instead of an update. This game has the same handicaps and yes - the game still takes over at times (even when not touching the controller) and the game still likes to guide outcomes. It always gives the player who is down a chance to come back. I wish that these games would let the player's skill control the game and not the game intervening.

    Falling in love again!
    I haven't purchased Madden in about 4 years but since I upgraded to the PS4 I went and pulled the trigger. I love the ultimate team online season option and will probably play that exclusively. Add me on PSN (dhlamar)

    I'm 43 years old and haven't played Madden or any other video game since the 90's. I was brought up on Atari and Intelevision; that's how far I go back. I got the itch to revisit the video game world and decided to buy a PS4 and it's been worth every penny. The game system itself is mind blowing compared to where Ii left off back in the old days. I was always a huge Madden game fan and the 15 PS4 version is so impressive just for the simple fact that it only took me about 20 minutes to pick up where I left off many years ago. Sure, you can get really involved and make teams, statagies and all that but, you can also just pick it up and brush up your skills in a short amount of time and play other people at your skill level online and it's so much fun. I highly recommend Madden 15 for all of us "old heads" who grew up playing the game and haven't played for years and of course the seasoned pros who never stopped playing. It's an awesome game.
