This was the worst EVER Assembly technician complained a lot, said it was a two man job, used my grandson as helper. Left 6 pieces out of assembly and threw out the instructions and owners manual. Still trying to get owners manual

    Not assembled properly not tested before he left.
    It worked for 5 minutes. After that everything was wobbly and loose. I had to purchase my own set of allen wrenches and tighten everything myself. The speed sensor magnet wasn't installed properly and fell off. The incline has never worked. Trying to get any of this covered under the warranty has been a nightmare. Schwinn uses GoConfigure for repairs and their service is non-existent. I'm not sure where I go from here.

    I told the assembly guy the handles were wiggly. He said it's normal. This was the next day of assembly.

    Great service
    He came 10 minutes earlier and he was done in 1 hour. Also when he got done putting the elliptical he cleaned the whole elliptical with the sanitizer wipes.

    Finally decided to buy this for my apartment since I don't see myself using a public gym for some time. I used Handy for assembly (took 3 hours). It's not as bulky as I thought, quite, many levels, and feels very sturdy. My only complaint is that there is no handle in the back to lift it up to tilt to the wheels in front.
