    good, premium better, metamucil still better
    okay. I've tried many fiber powders with psyllium husk, and honestly this one isnt bad. the premium was best for nice smooth fine powder, and i dig they use stevia. but, metamucil premium is still better bcuz it's smoother, tastes better, the mixture is more consistent and seems to have better fiber feeling in the gut. i dont like that all of them have food coloring (seriously we dont drink it for the look of it!), or other unnatural sugars or ingredients...but no one asked me! i take 1 tsp 3 times a day everyday.

    Pretty good. Not the best flavor but if you add it to a drink it's nice. The only flaw is it sinks to the bottom really fast so you have to stir it for your last few gulps. If they made it unflavored, this would go really well with milk and sugar and make a nice, thick paste to eat by itself.

    Glad this product exists
    I am on a low sugar low carb diet and was looking to keep my fiber levels up while not affecting my diet. I'd never used a fiber supplement before so I wasn't sure what to expect but I didn't expect to need to drink this three times a day or that it wasn't going to fully dissolve. Overall, I'm glad this product exists as a sugar free fiber option.

    Good value compared to name brand
    This fiber therapy costs much less than the equivalent 'name brand' product and works as it should. Also, as a diabetic, the fact that this is sugar free is very helpful.
