Just Right
So far so good. I switched my 2 year old from a rear facing infant seat (finally- she was just over the weight limit) and also got one for my 8 month old because they are only 2 lbs. different in weight. I love that I can keep them backwards and that they are comfortable.

Lightweight, but too short for long rear facing
Pros: lightweight, narrower base, medium installation difficulty, easy harness adjustments, removable cup holder, fabric seems easy to clean Cons: Too short so toddlers outgrow it quickly, no shoulder protection from harness, thinly padded cover fabric, doesn't fit level rear-facing in my Honda sedan, my average-sized 20 month old is nearly too tall for it already (his head is within an inch of the top and it should be at least two inches below). This lightweight car seat would be great for a kiddo who is a little smaller, and for a car backseat where you want space for people/other car seats. Also, I plan to keep my kiddo rear-facing for as long as possible, and he's too tall for that in this car seat. A forward-facing toddler may fit it just fine! Also, as installation goes, it's just as challenging as the other car seats in terms of getting the seat belt through and tight enough. But, because the car seat is so lightweight, it's easy to maneuver and switch from one car to another!

    Very happy with this seat for its pricing. I knew it wasn't going to be a Cadillac of car seats but for the money saved it was worth it. It's functional and safe! Great budget seat!

    If seat is facing backwards for smaller infant you need to roll up a large towel to put underneath the front to fit properly other than that not a bad item. Don't use daily as I bought for my grandson

    Good price, decent quality
    Great for a second car seat needed for a grandparent's car. Not the best or top of the line, but for the price it works. The straps pull tight at the shoulder, so it may hurt the shoulders if the shoulder straps aren't pulled out (the slack). Compact in size.

    Safe and affordable, but not comfortable.
    This car seat is great for grandparents or travel. Its not the most comfortable but rates very good in crash testing and is adorable. I wouldn't want to use it for everyday use just bc it is not as plush as other car seats. But it is perfect as an extra for our family.

    Great for the cost.
    Great car seat for the price. Serves its purpose. We dont do a lot of car traveling so its good enough for us. We have 3 small kids under 2 and all three fit perfectly in our Chevy traverse and Dodge Challenger. We have 6 total so the price is what really sold me. It only goes up to 40lbs tho so I will have to purchase more once they grow out of them. But since I didnt have to pay $2-300 a piece like some car seats Im not complaining.

    It is a perfect size for my 1 year old plenty of growing room she is comfortable in the bucket carseat she would freak out now she no longer freaking out to be buckled in it will grow with her for many more years I'm so so happy with this product!!! She is rear facing in this and accually loves going on car rides again!!

    I give this car seat a 4 star. The car seat is very comfortable and extra padding for my daughter. The only downfall is when she sleeping her head is not supported. Tried positioning the car seat to where it levels with her posture while sleeping so her head doesn't fall forward and that barely works. Other than that great car seat

    Perfect Car Seat
    Evenflo Tribute LX Convertible Car Seat, Jupiter is a very comfortable for my grandson and fits perfect in my sedan. I love that the car seat can recline and sit up straight. Cup holder is removable.

    Better for forward facing use rather than rear
    There’s a few design flaws. Its very hard getting it installed due to the fabric not being velcro but snap design. Once i had it installed and was ready to put the fabric back down over the lap belt the snap design was extremely difficult. The area where the fabric lifts from is in the very front if the carseat so its pushed up agaisnt the cars seat and made it unable to reattach. I actually had to blindly push it around hoping it would snap in place and it broke! Also the lab belts restraint was extremely frustrating. Instead if a release button to unisntall its a pull mechachanism which sounds alot easier than it is. To face the carseat rear facing there is a plastic bar inderneath the carseat that gives it the recline needed. Poor quality. Id say this would be a much better purchase if youre ready for forward facing and using for short car rides as theres not much cushion. I only purchased this as a back up carseat for our second vehicle for short rides. For the price its pretty good but the design flaws can be frustrating.
