Great emergency roadside safety kit
Wow, this Everstart roadside assistance emergency safety kit thought of everything a motorist would need in a roadside emergency. The carrying case is strong and capable of holding all of the equipment very nicely. The contents of the bag includes booster cables, flares, emergency power bank with batteries, a dc air compressor, tire gauge, gloves, a fabric blanket, poncho and first aid kit. This really is a well-coordinated bag for any emergency. I will feel confident knowing that this useful safety kit is always in my car and available in any situation. Highly recommend this great product.

For the money? Just "so-so"
I know that these items are meant for an "emergency", and you never know what you might need, but I think with a bit of forethought, knowledgeable motorists might be better off amassing their own supplies. Even the items that at first glance seem to be desirable, perhaps are not. The jumper cables are good quality. They are 8 gauge thickness, which is adequate, and the attachments to the clamps are very well-done. However, they are the shortest cables I've ever seen, being only 7 feet long, which can be a problem when you need to use them. The reflective triangle is nice. The power bank could come in handy if you are lost in the woods perhaps. The first aid kit is just some band aids and gauze. The air compressor works OK, but I think it's really better suited for blowing up balls or toys, rather than a car tire. It even comes with the needle adapter to blow up such items. The air hose is only a few inches long, which can make it inconvenient to use. The roadside towing service contract has so many conditions to be met for use, it's another let down. Also, the maximum benefit is capped at $60. per incident. That won't get you very far if your car is "on the hook". The flare light is decent, and after I figured out that the elastic headband is used to wear the light around your head, well...... I guess getting a laugh when you're broken down in your car is "priceless." The carry bag is nice , but I think maybe they should have made the important items , like the cables and compressor a little more "user-friendly"; or maybe skipped some of the things that people already own like a little blanket and gloves and band aids, and reduced the price of this kit.

    Great kit to have in the trunk
    They did a good job putting this together. Has all the basics and then some. The reflective triangle is a nice addition and also has suction cups to stick to roof, trunk lid or even stick it to the side of your car on quarter panel or side glass (great for SUVs). It has the headlamp, and a battery powered flare/flash light that also has a tripod deal for hands free. Jumper cables, definitely a must. A mini compressor that hooks into your lighter jack which has a plenty long enough chord and tire pressure gauge. A battery powered phone charger which is a great piece that i have never had. The poncho and gloves is another great addition along with the little first aid stuff. All in all they did a great job putting this kit together. The case it all comes in is great too. Strong, sturdy, simple, easy to zip and get everything back in and its a nice grey color, not all bright orange and goofy looking. It also has velcro strips sewn into it so it grips your interior carpet nice and isnt just sliding and floating around in your vehicle. Pop the hatch its stuck, right where its suppose to be. No digging around looking for it while panicking on the side of the road.

    You'll be glad to have this when you need it
    I recently received the “Everstart Roadside Assistance Emergency Safety Kit” for review purposes. I was impressed the items that came inside the kit and how they were secured in the compact bag. The batteries needed to power all items were included and there are many items that would be needed in case of an emergency roadside situation. All items had their own spot in the case and securely strapped down, the case also has a Velcro strip on the bottom to help reduce the case from rolling around in the back of the vehicle. Hopefully you won't have to use this item but if you do you will be very glad to have this in your car as it will address many issues that you may face when cruising down the road.

    Great emergency roadside assistance kit
    I received the Everstart Roadside Assistance Emergency Safety Kit free for testing and submitting a review. I love the compact size of this kit. It virtually fits anywhere in my vehicle. I like that it includes so many products that will assist me if I ever break down, have a flat, or need a jump. I like the medical kit inside it also.

    It includes Everything Needed for an Emergency
    I am doing a review on the Everstart Roadside Assistance Emergency Safety Kit. This kit is amazing. It has everything you need in it for an emergency. It comes with a booster cable set that is eight feet long and is eight gauges. Eight feet is just the right length. This way they do not get tangled up. They even include a pamphlet that explains how to use it. It includes a large bright orange window mount triangle. It is made of really thick plastic. It is not thin so if you drop it it is not going to break. It has reflectors on it so when cars pass by they will be able to quickly notice what is going on. You can attach it to your vehicle in two ways. You can either attach it with the side hook on the triangle to the top of your rolled down window or attach it to your window with the two large suction cups. If it is cold outside you may not want your windows down so I would use the suction cups. It comes with a five in one flare. Let me explain what this means. First, they give you two AAA batteries for it. I put my own batteries in it to test it out because I want to leave their batteries in the case for emergencies. You unscrew the bottom to put the batteries into it. It comes with a base that has a large round magnet in the center of it. It has a very strong suction to keep it in it too. I think that is just in case the wind is blowing it will stay in place. That is just my guess. The base has three plastic wings on them and you flare them out to make it stand up. There is a black button near the top that when you press once it turns a white light just on the top of it. If you press it again the white light goes all the way down the clear portion of the flare. If I press it a third time it looks like there are two red lights going down it and it is all lit up. If I press it a fourth time it blinks red. If I press it a fifth time it moves the red up and down from top to bottom in two movements. If I press it the sixth time it turns it off. I think that is pretty cool. It also comes with a red headband that you slip this flare into. People will be able to see you if you are fixing a tire and you will be able to see what you are doing too. A pretty nifty tool I think. It also comes with a dry cell power bank with three batteries. If your cell phone dies you can use this power bank to charge it up. It comes with a tire gauge and a yellow emergency poncho. The poncho is plastic and reusable. It also comes with a very nice warm blanket and a pair of knit gloves. It comes with a foam kneepad, 40-piece first aid kit, and an air compressor. I can't forget to mention the beautiful carrying case it comes it. Everything is packed so nicely in it. The case is very sturdy and made to last. It looks so professional and nice. I highly recommend this emergency kit.

    Wow, I received my EverStart roadside assistance emergency safety kit and this has got to be the best kit ever. It literally has everything you may need if you become stranded. The booster cables can be a real lifeline and a blanket is a great addition for sometimes brutal Ohio winter's. I like that this kit also includes gloves and a 40 piece first aid kit. The included air compressor could be the one thing to keep you from being stranded for very long. This kit also has a dry cell power bank which could charge your phone enough to make that call for help. This kit even includes the batteries for both the dry cell bank and the 15 - 1 light source. The reflective triangle and headband are great for being seen on the road and a added pocho in case of rain or snow is also included. All of this comes in a demin carrying case an it opens on one side creating another pouch to place things such as tools. This handy kit would make great Christmas gifts. I recommend this product.

    This kit is absolutely fantastic! It has got so many necessary items for any trip that its hard to believe all that fit in one compact bag. This kit contains 8ft. booster cable set, one window mount triangle with suction cups for easy mounting, a light stick that has 5 different functions, a head strap, road base, cellphone power bank, 3 AA batteries, 2 AAA heavy duty batteries, tire gauge, a blanket for cold nights, knit gloves, an emergency poncho, 40pc first aid kit, an air compressor, foam kneepad and it all goes in perfectly into 1 compact carrying case. This set even comes with 1 year complimentary 24 hour emergency roadside assistance!!!     This is my review of the ever start roadside assistance emergency safety kit, the first thing I did and noticed when I open the package is how compact the package really is. I really like the small carrying case it would be really easy to put in the back of your car and forget about it until you need it. It has everything inside it that you need if you do get broken down or stranded luckily my car has never broken down but I'm going to be keeping this just in case. It has so many items I don't even know where to begin I don't think there would be anything else you would really need. The one thing that I was extremely surprised that as you get free one year of roadside assistance once you mail the coupon off. How great is that? The air compressor is not noisy and it will easily fill a tire. The triangle would work well to avoid people hitting you while you're broken down I love everything in this kit and I highly recommend it to mothers who have children that are just got their own car and they're driving this is awesome for them. I recommend this highly for everyone great product and great price.

    got my car kit today , i was surprised all the stuff that inside . great emergency kit with a safe led flare small 1st aid kit and emergency cell phone charger , batteries included among the other basic stuff. will make a nice addition to my truck but hopefully will not need it .
