Simple and lightweight
This mat is very lightweight compared to some yoga mats. The padding is a good thickness. If I am on my knees on it they do not hurt. The cork is nice and grippy. On the packaging it says to wipe it down before use with a damp cloth to increase the stickiness. The mat does not slip around and stays put on my tile flooring. The length of the mat is great! I am almost 5'7" and I can lay all the way down on it without my feet hanging off. Overall great mat and would definitely get it again.

Very thin yoga mat
• First off i must say that this mat offers no cushion, it's very thin and has no padding what so ever. This mat in my opinion is not suitable for laying on to do sit ups or other type exercises as it has no padding! however it may work well for stand up excercises. It is free of seven harmful phthalates(DIDP, DnHP, DINP, and DnOP) although it did have a strong chemical smell, I think it will dissipate in time. The dimensions are 68 inches long by 23.5 inches wide by 5 mm, it does say under the care instructions that before use, wipe the mat with a damp cloth to increase stickiness and I'm not sure why but I'm assuming they're talking about the black plastic underside to prevent slipping in case you are using it for stand up exercises even though it it has a non slip texture. This cork yoga mat blocks germs, moisture&odor.This product was made in China. Pro's are: free of 7 harmful phthalates, non slip texture, blocks germs, moisture&odor Con's are: No padding

    Get it, you won't regret it - NO SLIP
    Really really like this - my hands always slip when using normal yoga mats, and their durability isn't always great. This one absorbs moisture so no slip during yoga poses or youtube workouts, and it comes with a cute little adjustable strap (unexpected nice detail :)). After researching other cork mats I think this is good quality and great price!

    Very nice yoga mat!
    First off, I dont have alot of experience with yoga mats and often use the thick rug in our basement or the kids foam mats they have for playing down here! This yoga mat seems like great quality! its a little on the thin side and takes awhile to lay flat after rolling out but not a big issue! It has a non slip rubber bottom to keep the mat in place! The carrying handle is great! Super easy to roll the mat back up and attach the carrier to keep the mat nice and compact for storing away! Very lightweight and easy to carry around. The mat has a slight "rubbery" smell to it at first but quickly goes away! I highly recommend this mat to anyone looking for a good quality fair priced yoga mat that seems to be holding up great! If there were anything I could possibly change about the mat it would be i wish it were a little bit wider as its pretty narrow, as well as i wish it were a little big thicker, again this is my first personal yoga mat and I dont know how it compares to other options out there but seems like a great quality product, and looks very nice!

    Simple and lightweight
    I received the cork yoga mat in the mail. I love that it is antimicrobial! It's easy to wipe down clean. Also, if you wipe it down with a wet cloth before you use it then it enhances it's grippiness. The mat stays put and does not slide atound on my tile flooring. The length is great! I am 5 foot 6 and I can lay all the way down and not hang off the edges. When I kneel down on it my knees do not hurt, so the thickness is good. It looks thin but it is enough padding to feel comfortable doing yoga and exercising on this mat. I feel this is a great mat.

    Love the texture! Very well made.
    This mat surprised me. At first sight I loved the look and style. However, I did not realize how thin it really was so I was a bit leary on using it. To my surprise it is very very comfy. It is so lightweight unlike other mats which can a little bulky. I do not do yoga (I have been wanting to try it though), but I do alot of floor excersises such as sit ups, leg lifts, squats, etc, etc. I am so glad this mat is long enough for my entire body!! I am about 5"1' and when I lie down on it I do not touch the floor. It has an awesome string like strap that you can use to carry your mat and also hang it up after you use it. It says its antimicrobial and that is a def plus especially with all of the germs going around. I am very pleased with this mat and I would highly reccommend it!!!

    Nice mat
    I do not do yoga but i do use this when i do my floor exercises. This mat feels so good compared to other mats I used. Its thickness makes it more comfortable for my back on the floor when doing my stretches and leg lifts. The cork material is comfy.

    PERFECT YOGA MAT!
    I was so excited to receive this yoga mat and I have not been disappointed at all! Quite the opposite! First of all, it didn't have that nasty smell that a lot of yoga mats seem to have these days so right out the gate I was very happy! It comes with a carrying strap that you can cinch as tight or loose as you like so you can roll the mat up however small or large you want. And it doubles as a carrying strap - super handy! One side is cork, which is great. The other side is a black gripper material which is also great because it keeps the mat in place on the floor while I'm moving around. It's 68 inches long so I can completely stretch out on it, no problem. It's 5mm thick which I was afraid would be too thin but it's actually just right. I'm 62 years old so I need the mat to be thin enough that I can keep my balance but also thick enough that when I'm on my knees I'm not uncomfortable. So, as it turns out, 5mm is actually just right for me. It indicates it blocks germs, moisture and odor - not sure if that's due to the cork? Anyway, I couldn't be happier with this yoga mat.

    WARM FEEL AND SOFT
    I really like this yoga mat, it has a nice feel soft and also warm. I am able to fit my entire body on the mat. It has a great rubber padding and is non-slip and rolls up easily and is light weight. It come with easily adjustable straps that slip on and off and make it easy to carry without having to pack into another bag.

    Most comfortable mat
    I love yoga, I find it relaxing and refreshing and even better with a very good mat. The Evolve Cork 5mm Yoga Mat is comfortable enough to just sit and relax and let the tension drain, or exercise. I have found that the mat stays dry even when I work up a sweat and I feel comfortable using this with or without socks. Also a nice size at 23 widths and 63 inches length. The strings that come with it are a bonus for me because I can hang it when not in use.
