1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/08/2023False Advertising NOT Heavy DutyThe griddle rusted after two uses. I reached out to Customer Service and they said no replacement parts are available. The only offered solution is to DISASSEBMBLE and return it. Unacceptable.AT

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/04/2023Pay for assemblyThe grill is beautiful. I love the versatility. We also bought the vinyl cover. Assembly was simple UNTIL it came to putting the grill on top of the stand. The diagram does not identically match the holes in the grill. I thought they had given the wrong booklet. It took about 3 hrs total and will require 2 people to lift the grill on top of the base. By the time my husband and I debated back and forth, I truly wished I had paid the $139 for someone else to put it together.Kim

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/26/2023Cheap metal. POS! DefectiveThe grill is defective! I turned it on and walked inside for a few minutes to get the meat and it heated up to 800° and cooked itself. The paint bubbled up and when it rained it rusted so now it looks really really bad. Can't get anyone to help with a return or refund. I am told it needs to go back in the box…hard to do when you don't have it anymore!!J

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/26/2023A good grill. A little overpriced though.I've had this grill for a week. Here is my quick review: Construction-9/10. It was so easy to put together. It took me about 1hr from unboxing to the final bolt. The one thing I don't like is how you have to detach the oil pan holder if you want to clean the drop tray. Quality of parts-9/10. One of the plastic caps broke when I was trying to put it in. Cosmetic but still. Cooking on the grill-7/10. The food came out great every time (3) I cooked on it. What you would expect from a new grill. Lol. I wish the grill grate fit the grill housing a little better. I also would like the grate to be a little heavier duty. It's a little flimsy. I expect a little better from a $360 grill. Also, there is a very short backstop on the grill. If you're not careful, you might fling a burger out the back of the grill. Even using the tongs today, I was trying to grab a pork chop and i almost pushed the chop out the back. A real heart stopper!! ??. Cooking on the griddle-9/10. The only thing I have to say remotely “bad” about the griddle is it's a little small. Other than that, I love it!! Cooked veggies and marinated chopped meat on it last night and cooked eggs and ham steak on it this morning for breakfast. DELICIOUS!!! Overall-8.5/10. It's good so far. I will revisit this at the end of the summer season and see if I have had a change of heart at all. I feel it's alittle overpriced. It should be like $275 to $299. If you asked me if you should buy it, i would say yes do it. It's a nice grill. Though, if you have an extra $100 or so, get a name brand grill, but the convenience of having a grill and griddle is really nice!!Matt

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/10/2023Defective product and poor shipment and deliveryThe product is good and functional and easy to assemble but the problem is with shipment and delivery. They announced delivery for Tuesday but it did not happen and kept sending notification daily till arrived on Thursday of the week and left closeby the garage door. In the morning when I saw the box it was like it has been dragged in the ground with too many hits and scratches and it did not look like it was new box but like it has been opened and repackaged multiples times. But the major issue was that the parts were deformed in the box including the grill main unit that was hit in the middle between the knobs. Based on what was in the box it appears like it was not just an accident but it was more like intentionally repackaged with defective parts or like it was returned by a customer as the packaging looked unprofessionally done. Probably Walmart did not even looked inside but just decided to send it to me as is ignoring the reason it was returned initially. I called Walmart to ask them to replace it but they said I need to package it in the box so they can come to pick it up or i can return it to a store. I told them that I opened the box to inspect the part and then the box was so bad because that I am unable to repack it and that they should arrange for a pick up on as is but they said the apologize they cannot do that. I ask them to discount the unit as it is has multiples deformation and scratches and they declined. Bottom line, either i have to choice than to accept the product as is with scratches and deformation.Yasser

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/31/2022Very Unhappy with PurchaseThe grill arrived a day later than it was origionally suppose to. i ordered from walmart because that was the only place whose tracking info said it would arrive in time for our camping trip. So that was the first issue. I plan on camping quite a bit with the grill so it being a day late was something i definitely could put behind me. When it did arrive it had a huge chunk out of the side of the box. I paid someone to put it together for me while i organized all of the parts. As you can see from the pictures, once it was put together there were a ton of things wrong or missing or damaged. If i spent under $100 on the grill I could see brushing these issues off maybe, but almost $400 later?! Im single and weigh under 110lbs. In order to return the grill i would have to borrow a truck and pay someone to help me bring it back to fed ex .....oh yeah, and pay some kind of restocking fee???? I am so utterly disappointed right now. Ive saved all summer for this grill and instead of feeling proud and excited to help all my friends and family with the cooking, im just embarrassed and ....well, just feeling stupid. If anyone out there is in the same predictament as me, please, save a little extra more money to have someone go pickup the grill for you from a walmart store, after youve looked it over thoroughly for any damages or missing parts. Dont get it delivered. Fed ex and walmart just blame each other. Your only option will be to waste a ton of energy, time and more money to try and fix the situation. All of which, I didnt have enough of, to even consider taking that route. Good luck to yousElisabeth
