I ordered 2 sets of plates for my party, these square plates and the 350-piece round plate set, so I have a choice. I was so happy with the round plates, and decided to use them. I put the square plates away in the unopened box, without checking them, thinking that they're as perfect as the round ones. As I was about to store it in a permanent place, I opened the box, and I was so shocked to see that this company sent me disgusting used plates! The plates were not wrapped in any packaging, but were just shoved in the box and the plates were scratched up and some were chipped, obviously from being used. These plates are supposed to be disposable! I'd give 0 star rating if i could. I cannot return it anymore as 30 days passed. What a rip off.

    Although the quality of the plates are exactly what I had hoped for, when the package arrived about 30% were cracked during shipment. The vendor did issue a quick refund. I wish they could find a better way to package them so they are not damaged in transit.
