Great laptop for the price!
This computer runs perfect! It's not the fastest, but for the price I am very happy. I can't rate the battery life since I use it as a replacement for a desktop so I keep it plugged in wherever I'm using it.

Not worth the money
I am not happy with this machine at all. The size is great and customer support was good when I could not get the machine to even turn on at first (had to fully remove battery and power cycle it). But the machine does not have an effective sleep mode (it just stays on even though I have it set to sleep when I close the lid) and I frequently have to restart it if I leave it on unused for a few hours. If I put it into hibernate mode none of my windows get saved. Some of the shortcut keys (screen brightness) don't work. The log in screen sometimes doesn't give me a window to enter my pin. The battery life is very short, and the battery cuts out well before the estimator tells you. So I'm working thinking I have 30 more minutes and the machine just shuts off. And the computer is much older than I thought. Yes it has Windows 10 loaded, but the bottom of the machine also has a Windows 8 sticker. From examining the serial number, I believe this computer was built in 2014. I've had this for 6 months and I'm ready to replace it. I essentially stopped using it months ago in favor of my work computer. I typically buy cheap, new Acer laptops and have never had problems like this.

    Great laptop for the price!

    I love this laptop. When i received it the battery would not charge i contacted the company and the send a new battery out that day. I love this because it is not a big laptop i wanted a smaller one to do things on my lap in the evenings and this one is perfect for a desk or on your lap finishing up something.

    Go ahead and buy it
    I didn't have a doubt that this would be a wonderful tool for my schooling and my career as a paralegal. I love the sleek design and the smooth soft keyboard. AND IT LIGHTS UP! Woo that's a PLUS. My only concern is that the screen rotates. For what? it's not tablet accessible so I feel it's an unnecessary addition, although the nuisance can be controlled in the settings. Also make sure to used INTERNET explorer instead of Microsoft edge to download anything. I spoke with tech support and apparently there are very frequent issues with downloads through the Microsoft Edge browser. Other than that....great buy or I should say gift, as it was. Cant even tell it's been refurbished. It's brand new to me!

    A Fine Work Buddy
    After my previous laptop finally bit it, I scrambled to find a replacement in a pinch. Just something I could couple with work alongside a few personal tasks. The laptop arrived on time and is in amazing physical condition. Booted up in a very agreeable amount of time with Windows 10 already installed (Did not have to upgrade from 7.) Went through the setup process smoothly. No problems thusfar with the device. No issues connecting to wifi and no noticeable browser lag. Occasionally the trackpad misses the motion of my fingertip on it, but it may be because the trackpad itself is so smooth that sometimes the sensors miss it. So far, that's the only thing about this little notebook that comes to mind. I will update this review if any problems crop up with the device that does not seem to fall on user error.

    Was skeptical about the purchase since I've never purchased a refurbished computer. Current laptop suddenly stopped working and needed a quick & affordable replacement. As a student, I'm unable to shell out quick cash for a new buy. This fit the budget. I am quite satisfied with the laptop. Its light weight ( a little over 3lbs & easy to carry around) and works very well. I need it for basic use for working on school assignments ( word/excel/ppt),internet, studying & making notes. I usually have multiple tabs open in chrome along with other programs running- there is no freezing or lagging. Laptop arrived in great condition, surprisingly no scratches except for a minor one on the bottom base- barely visible. All the ports are working,volume is LOUD. Start- up and shut-down are both super quick. Also, battery life is decent. I get about over 3hrs after it has been fully charged. Overall, it was a great buy and I am quite happy with the purchase.

    Very Light & Works Great!
    I'm a college student, so it was super important for me to have a quality laptop that was lightweight. This laptop has fit all of my needs, and I have not had any issues. I would definitely recommend this laptop to other students or anyone looking for a good, lightweight laptop.
