It's great they have these parts!
Five stars for having replacement parts available for this product, so you don't have to buy the whole blender when the blade gets old. The blender itself is also satisfactory, especially for the price range it's in.

Waiting on replacement blade -
Can not find a replacement blade for this machine - mine wore out pre-maturely - shaft loose - bearings noisy in blade housing - seal worn & lets fluids down thru - making a mess ... the replacement here would be a good value - if ever available ...

    Worked well
    The seal on the blade assembly was broken after 2 years of use. The replacement part saved the day, instead of throwing away the whole blender.

    Farberware Plastic Piece
    If you screw the bottom plastic piece on too tight it will eventually crack and make the Blender useless. Hence, why I am giving a review. I had to order a new piece. I'm back in business. I think this is a pretty bad design...made to break.

    You may be drinking rust!
    The blade started leaking after only 4 months and started adding rust to the food, something which we noticed much more later by chance. Very disappointing because we ate this rust for at least one month.

    Blender like new again
    I have two of these well priced blenders, both at least four years old. The blades were beginning to rust in the turning mechanism area, and I thought I would have to replace the entire blender(s). I bought the new blades and now both are working as well as on the first day. It is hard to find products with individual part replacement options these days. Another plus for Farberware - thank you!

    Replacement part.
    I needed to replace this part since the original metal/blade part became loose in the plastic base. It caused quite the mess since the liquid leaked out all over the place. The blender overall was great till this happened and I didn't want to get a whole new blender just for this part. I just hope this holds up! I don't need the entire blade set but it's here!

    Excellent Replacement Part for Farberware Blender
    Bought my Farberware blender last year mostly for the purpose of preparing green smoothies and it works amazing. Chose it because of it's specified motor capacity. After about a year it started leaking the liquid out from bottom. I blend a lot of frozen fruits and think this contributed to the deterioration of the blade set. However, I decided on looking for the replacement part instead of throwing out or replacing with a different blender. It makes perfectly blended smoothies and yogurts. The blade set is not too expensive and I can once again continue using this great blender for the price!

    worn out very fast
    This is only a replacement part of the blender. I use the blender to make a big smoothie everyday and the blade started leaking after 4 months and totally worn out after 6 months. Very disappointed.
