good treat for diabetic
I am a diabetic and I'm always looking for products that don't have a lot of calories and especially carbs this is a great treat. there are only 90 calories and only 17 carbs only 4% sodium. I try to eat healthy and usually make every thing from scratch. It's nice to know that there are products that I can purchase if i'm in a hurry or not feeling up to cooking and baking. The brownie is more like a cake texture, and the mint flavor is fantastic I really like these.

Misleading description, don't buy!
I thought this was six boxes since it's listed as 6 count and given the price, but it was one box of 6 bars! This is ridiculous...

    Love Fudge Mint
    Love the taste. Mention mint and I will always try! Great flavored Fudge Mint Brownie and 90 calories what more could you ask for? With 5g of fiber, total fat 3g, sugars little high 8g with 1g protein. Very, very tasty had it this morning with plain non fat yogurt with fresh blueberries. Perfect breakfast for me not heavy and full of flavor. I found it to be very satisfying and filling. I have had other Fiber One Bars which I have enjoyed. The Mint Fudge Brownie would be good as a snack too, when your craving that little bit of sweet.

    It's really hard to believe that these brownies only have 90 calories! Yes, they are that good! They've got a really nice chewy texture and the icing is nice and sweet. However, I only gave them a 3 rating because they left a funny (not really bad) aftertaste in my mouth. It lingered for quite awhile. But if you can get past that, I'd say this really would hit the spot when you craved a sweet!

    They have a very minty flavor. They are a great source of fiber. Has twenty percent of the daily value of fiber. If you like mint and chocolate together, then you will like these. The mint and chocolate are together in a brownie. Serving size is one brownie. There are six servings per box. They contain wheat,milk, egg, soy. May contain peanut, walnut and macadamia ingredients. If you are prone to have food allergies you may not want to eat them. They are a moist, rich, chocolatey brownie wth chips and a luscious drizzled topping. They are ninety calories and ninety mg of sodium. They taste real good.

    Fiber One Mint Fudge Brownies came today. They are packaged attractively so I opened right away. I will have to say I was pleasantly surprised. At first glance It thought It was going to be overly sweet but that was not the case . It has this green stuff on top that I thought would be sugar but all in all it was very good tasting It is not real big but a nice snack and its only 90 calories. It was fresh and nice and chewy. Nice and chocolaty minty flavor and did not taste like diet food. I am looking forward to having another one right now I don't know what the price of these will be but if competitive, I will be buying again

    I have tried a number of Fiber One products and was reasonably satisfied. So, I decided to give the Mint Fudge Brownie a try. Quite frankly, I'm glad that I didn't pay for this product, because I would have wasted my money. First off, even though the box is the same size as the other Fiber One products, the brownie is tiny, about 2' x 2" x 1/2". So for 90 calories, a brownie this size should be chewy, moist and satisfying, and it is none of these. The brownie is dry and tasteless - if this were a blind taste test I wouldn't have know if was chocolate. The mint is very minty - a nice flavor, but the artificial bright green color really put me off. Finally, the product contains all kinds of ingredients that are less than healthy: flour, bleached sugar. corn starch and soy. This product is not for the health-conscious.

    ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!! I am totally blown away by the taste of these 90 calorie brownies. They are moist and individually wrapped in a box. There are 6 MINT FUDGE BROWNIES per box. The mint flavor, mixed with the chocolate, is naturally flavored and you won't be able to put it down from the first bite. Each brownie contains 20% of the required daily fiber. For people with alergies, this product does contain: WHEAT, MILK, EGG, SOY AND MAY CONTAIN PEANUT, WALNUT AND MACADAMIA INGREDIENTS. It only has a total fat content of 3grams. For those who have diabetes, the 17 grams of carbs and 8 grams of sugar, would probably have to be figured in.     Mint-Chocolate Yum!
    There's a lot of mint flavor in these little brownies. I didn't think there would be enough in somethnig so low cal, but there's plenty, just the right amount of mint in a soft chocolatey brownie, that's much better for you than the average brownie. There are actually little minty chocolate chips inside it and lots of them too! I found myself quite impressed with this treat, as it has so much flavor for so little calories and the extra fiber, especially in sweet treats, is always appreciated. I also like how each brownie is individually wrapped in a sturdy foil wrapper and not in thin celophan that would tear easily. This makes it so that I can pack it with me to go, along with a bottle of Special K Protein Breakfast Shake, as a delicious snack on the go. I only wish they made these a bit bigger, even if it meant a little more cals, so that I wouldn't have to eat two of them at once so many times.

    The Best Fiber One Brownie Yet!
    The mint fudge brownies from Fiber One 90 calorie brownies are delicious! They are extremely moist and the right size for those of us who are weight conscious. They contain 20 per cent of the daily requirement for dietary fiber and can help keep your digestive system on track. This is important since 9 out of 10 Americans are not getting enough fiber in their diet. There are no trans fats or cholesterol in the bars, which is also a wonderful thing. The main thing about Fiber One is the taste. They are not dry and taste like cardboard that other breakfast bars offer us. Unlike other bars, Fiber One actually taste good and having only 90 calories, you don't feel guilty enjoying them. One improvement to the bars would be to offer them in a box that contains more than six bars. We are all cost consumers and if Fiber One came in a box of 20 bars at a discounted price, the consumer would feel good about purchasing them. This one is their best bar yet with two of my favorite favors, Mint and Fudge. It's a tough choice not to eat more than one at a time, tho. My husband loves the chocolate Fiber One with the chocolate drizzle and brownie chunks in the bar! One final thing, the box of the product is 100 per cent recycled paperboard, which is important in maintaining a green environment. So bite in and enjoy the best tasting breakfast bar out there! Thanks Fiber One, for adding a flavor packed, moist and oh so delicious choice for me!!
