Highly Satisfied
I had a charge 2 for several years before upgrading to this. It works excellent and it is so lightweight that I forget I have it on! I bought a pretty fabric band for it and have had no problems whatsoever!

Don't know till I get the right charger Walmart.
Just got this in and was excited to open it up. Was confused with the charger that was in the box. Looked up how to charge it only to realize that they sent a regular phone charger. I like the over all look, but that's as far as it goes. I can't comment on anything else until I get a charger for it. Here's a picture of the charger sent.

Cant connect It looks nice on my wrist
Really don't know how good it is because i cant get the dang thing to connect to my Samsung. If Fitbit wants to be separate from cell phones they need to make it a lot easier to connect to an Android. Maybe I should have just downloaded an App to my phone...

Good - unless Apple Health is important to you
As a long time iPhone user I was disappointed to see that full integration with Apple Health is not implemented, and Fitbit has no intention on ever making it 100% compatible. Fitbit seems to think they will somehow lose sales to Apple if they were to do this. I believe the very opposite to be true. There are 3rd party apps that you can purchase to copy the daily totals from Fitbit to Apple Health, but the entry is done all at once at 23:59 as opposed to having data points collected throughout the day with the Apple iPhone or Apple Watch. If you want to feel good about your step counts, the Fitbit will count substantially more steps than the Apple Watch. On a lazy day where I sat in a chair mostly, the Apple Watch counted 2500 vs 4100 on the Fitbit. The Fitbit battery lasts for several days, which is great. The sleep tracking feature works very well if you are interested in improving your sleep. The Fitbit is also small and lightweight, making it less annoying to wear long term.

Common defect as a result of using cheap materials
Don't bother wasting your money on this product. I had it less than 6 months before the band started to disconnect from the tracker. This is an issue that is now commonly known (too bad I did not know it at the time or I would have spent my money on another product). The materials used are made of cheap plastic which allows dirt/dust/sand to get between the band and tracker and result in a defective attaching mechanism. All of the components in the mechanism are intact, but it falls off at the slightest jostle so I can't even wear it biking or running for fear of it falling off in the middle of a street. Extremely disappointing for a product that retails for $150. This is my third Fitbit product, none of which have lasted more than a year. Clearly it is time to make the switch to Garmin or another tracker that will actually last.

    Worth the price
The products is okay for the price. Battery doesnt last as long as it says. It's not scratch proof like it says so be careful. All the options are nice. Sometimes it has a problem connecting to the phone but if you reboot it it normally reconnects. Overall I like my fitbit. I had the firbit alta and it died on me so this was the watch that I choose to replace it. I also like the fact that its waterproof though.

    Hopeful, the unit continues service
Basically, my Charge 3 with additional features. Curious to see if it lasts much over 12 months. My previous 2 , Charge 3 units would not work or hold a charge longer than a few hours soon after the 12 month mark of ownership. I had the Walmart extended warranty and they honored it but it took at least 6 weeks to repair it. It did not work properly after a week or wearing it. If the Charge4 acts similarly, I will seek a new product. Currently, this unit has worked well for 6 days. Will hope for better results than my previous experiences.

    Better instructions needed
Set up was okay, but could use a little more explanation. When I put fitbit on charger and plugged it in, the face lit up, so I thought it was fully charged. I deleted my old fitbit and then found I still needed to charge the new one. So I lost some data.

    It works alright
I like the screen brightness and temperature of my fiancé charge 2 better honestly I also wear an Apple Watch but I love the heart rate tracker is updated more in real time compared to Apple Watch and how it counts my steps distance etc better. Apple Watch does a lot but this does what it does and battery lasts several days which is nice

Beware Download or update the Fitbit app to set up
1 week in, and I've wasted hours searching for how to get the darn thing to update with usable firmware!!!! (Possible) Pros: I like a lot of features of my older model fitbit--especially the app: sleep analyses, active minutes, the weekly exercise check box screen, how it's water resistant (don't shower or bath with it, and avoid soaps or chemicals), the ability to join and make private forums for support of like-minded people, and some of the simpler challenges. Cons: The app updates, though, are sometime rough, watches tend to die sometimes (like mine after 18 months), and the app constantly pushes ads for the subscription service to allow lots more wacky challenges and some coaching features. Seeing other reviews of people who have gotten their Charge 4 to work suggests its a bit weaker in some respects than previous models. Warning
